Great product & service
Jet wash arrived so quickly & well packaged. There was a fault with the snow foam beaker however this was resolved very quickly over email and a replacement sent free of charge within 2 days with no issues. Great communication & customer service.
The jet wash itself is the best I have ever used. Great design with a long lead & hose and no toppling over due the design. Very powerful and cleans my car in half the time of my previous one which was a leading brand.
Highly recommend AVA for their customer service, fast postage, value for money, quality & performance. Thank you.

Hose Reel
Well made product and works well with the P55 power washer. Good materials and good price. Including the fixing screws which most manufactures give inferior screws that often fail when used - well done

Very quick and efficient delivery.
Not yet used the jet wash but looking forward to doing so.
Just used for the first time today, 1 clean car and 2 clean motorcycles.
Superb piece of kit this, much quieter than the karcher and very easy to use, no fighting with the hose. Way easier to use with the flexible hose and cleans brilliantly.
Recommended to my brother who is going to buy one.

Been in contact with AVA a couple of time recently on different topics and on both occasions the advise has been both prompt and excellent. Had an ava pressure washer for a few years now and it's an excellent production outshining the others on the market
