Appalling customer service
On delivery, the metal part of my EASY P57 washer handle was scratched, and when I complained, this was dismissed as being purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance, operation or durability of the machine.
No sympathy from AVA , just accept this. Appalling customer service from someone by the name of Rachel, who constantly made excuses for the damaged machine.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for your disappointment.
I understand your position regarding the marks on the handle. You purchased a brand-new machine at full price and therefore expected it to arrive in perfect condition. My previous comments regarding the marks being cosmetic were intended only to explain that they would not affect the operation or durability of the machine, not to suggest that your concerns about the condition of a new product were unimportant.
As you subsequently requested to return the machine for a full refund, we accepted your request. At that point, there was no need to discuss an alternative resolution for the marks, such as replacement parts or a goodwill gesture, as you had made it clear that you wished to return the product.
I would also like to clarify that we are not forcing you to keep the machine or requiring you to arrange the return yourself.
The return link we provided was offered as a convenient option, allowing you to take the parcel to a local drop-off point at a time that suits you. If you would prefer, we are more than happy to arrange collection from your address. We would simply need you to provide a suitable weekday when someone will be at home between 9am and 5pm, as the courier cannot provide us with a specific collection time.
I am sorry that your experience has left you disappointed with AVA. We have accepted your request to return the machine for a full refund and would now like to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.
Many thanks AVA

OMG, the new AVA easy P57 C large is a game changer. I love the roll-away hose and cable tidy, they make life so much easy when I am washing my van.
The foldaway handle is genius, easier to transport than my previous JW.
Waiting on the pump action lance to complete the setup.
Brilliant, well done AVA.
