I have purchased several items from Bar Stool Centre and all have arrived in very good condition and if I have ever had any queried the customer service is great.
Depending on the time of year the shipping was relatively quick.
I always go to their site first if I am looking to buy items they might stock.

I love the chairs I bought. They were the lower price bracket. We had a problem with the first batch and customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. They attended to our issue and ordered in more when they didn’t have another one in stock. After a short wait we were given new chairs. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a shoe cabinet online through bar stools website. The product was as described, with a great price. I'm very happy with my purchase and their website was easy to use and delivery was a great experience.

Not very good in answering chats to answer a question and when u pay extra for priority shipping

I purchased 4 stools. Found the site on google. The product was well photographed and exactly the same as the pic. The quality is great value for the cost. Comfy as , great for heavy bodies , the stool has a gentle rock, the grandkids love them. They took a while to come but I did get an email explaining why.

I purchased four bar stools recently. The delivery to Western Australia took longer than expected, with the first two stools arriving more than seven weeks after I placed the order. I contacted customer support to check on the remaining two stools and was impressed by their prompt and helpful response. They quickly answered my questions and provided an update, and the final two stools arrived just two days later.

While the delivery time was longer than I would have liked, the customer service team was excellent and helped reassure me throughout the process. Most importantly, the bar stools themselves are great quality for the price and look fantastic. Overall, good value for money but you need to be very patient!

Delivery was advised as, up to 14days. Still waiting and it is now over 30 days. Purchase was a birthday gift......had to gift a photo of the BBQ & feed the steaks to the dog.

Excellent quality bar stools at a reasonable price, but the delivery was a little slow. Would definitely recommend buying from them, but you may need to be patient.

I ordered 2 bar stools on 10 April and, paid the extra $20 for top priority to get my goods placed up the order list . You advertised 7-14 days delivery at the time. After waiting 4 weeks I emailed your company and with a prompt email back the next day was told you were very busy and you would look into it. Mean while you were still advertising the same stools with (plenty in stock) for purchase on Facebook. I then I waited almost 2 weeks for delivery,
I feel 6 weeks with paid priority is unexceptable…

Placed an order on the 7th and paid extra for priority dispatch. I assumed this meant I would be treated with higher priority as I could see from other reviews that they were slow to dispatch.

I emailed on the 14th as the order status had not updated and they said they have a high backlog of orders to process. Fair enough, I kept waiting. But on the 20th I still have not had an update that my order has been dispatched. I was getting frustrated. What is the point of paying extra for priority dispatch when it would take over 2 weeks (and probably longer) to have my order dispatched. And who knows how long delivery would take.

I ended up cancelling and ordering elsewhere as other sites had the exact same item anyway.

2 stars as customer service would reply to my email within 24hrs. But this is such poor service in this day and age where customers do not expect to wait over a month to receive an online order.

If you are not in a hurry then by all means, order from this site. Otherwise be prepared to wait a loooooong time to receive your order.

when received the package was from china. I assembled and found too high at front, no lumber support. same old story, I never learnt my lesson. CHEAP CHINESE JUNK. IT IS POINTLESS JUST THROW OUT INTO THE NATURE STRIP. BUY AUSTRALIAN MADE ONLY . YOUR FIRST EXPENSE IS YOUR BEST EXPENSE

I made my order well over a month ago and it has yet to even be dispatched. I have contacted the company only to be told it is a 'busy time', and as I didn't pay extra for priority shipping, it would take longer for my goods to be dispatched, so much for free shipping! This company was quick to take my money and I have no indication that I will receive the goods. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I FINALLY received my lounge. It was easy to put together and quite sturdy. The product is good. Dealing with this company was not. Their communication towards me felt very condesending. If you expect the free delivery that they advertise, be prepared to wait months for delivery. 3 stars because the product was good. Service was not. I have updated my review because I did eventually get the goods. They can keep their offer of $50 off my next purchase, because I will not be making one from them.
