Quality much better than I expected. Easy to put together even on my own!

I ordered too many items by mistake. When I was arranging to return the unwanted items, Jona from the customer service team was absolutely fantastic.
I was was provided with clear instructions and options and refunds were arranged quickly. Throughout the process communication was excellent and the entire experience was painless.

We got a great deal on the Rocking Recliner Chair 360 Swivel Massage Heated Reclining Chair. The cost and delivery were great.
Although the chair is as advertised I wouldn't have bought in store having sat in it. The arm rests are too low and there is no lumbar support. I bought this as a maternity feeding chair but will have to pad the space with pillows for it to function the way I need it to.
