Never received product , order was delayed twice. I was told that it was never shipped to them. Looked to get tracking updates from seller but none were available . Canceled order . Do yourself a favor to not order anything from this company.I would give them 0 if I could

I had a Mete MC9 purchased and shipped to a local FFL. They specifically state FedEx won't ship to them, so don't use FedEx. I confirmed with them, they won't ship FedEx. They then shipped FedEx.

The package was refused by FedEx and sent back to BattleHawk. Now BattleHawk is charging me $50 to ship it somewhere else, or pay 10% restocking fee to have it refunded.

They can't pay attention to FFL information or details, and yet they somehow sell guns?! Absolutely absurd and a complete scam.

Ordered a CZ P-01. They sent a P-01 Omega. I politely notified them and they sent a return label. 9 days later after they received the Omega back, I received an email saying the order had been cancelled at my request. That was a lie. I simply sent a mail politely asking for an update after 9 days. Then the insults began from their customer service. Nasty and unprofessional. Avoid this company.

Ordered a product on the 9th of October. Never received anything outside of the initial order receipt. Contacted the company through email on the 28th of October to check status. Received an email from company on the 31st stating that they didn't have what I ordered and would be sending a refund within 7 days. No offer of another product or any other coupon or anything else. Just poor customer service. I don't know if they would have let me know if I didn't inquire about it. Disappointed.

Went on their website found a great deal on a gun. I guess it was too good to be true went through their horrible website filling out all of the forms when it came to paying at the end it flashed really quick said it was unaccepted something blah blah blah so I tried to go back and look at it. There was no record of anything I tried to call. There’s no way to get a hold of these guys. It’s just a form letter so you fill out all the information and I guess maybe they might get back to you so I froze my credit card so the charges won’t go through. Basically they seem like a scam operation.

They sent me the wrong items, overcharged me for 2 mags and sent me 1. I informed them early, communications took well over 2 week. Finally, fed up with the slow run around communications, sent everything they sent me back. They charged me 10% 'restocking fee'. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS, how am I getting charged for this? its a scam site. Beware.

Recent firearm purchase. They were listed on one of those sites that shows a bunch of dealers and prices. Im new to this and went with the cheapest option which happened to be Black Hawk Armory. BIG MISTAKE. Major FFL issues on their end, Major shipping issues on their end. Berating customer service. Terrible experience.

Found out after they are blacklisted on several sites.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sent broken item with missing parts. Refused to rectify. Lied about their own website ad regarding the item. Said it didn't say what is plainly online to see. No one to answer phones. Ghosted me after asking for pictures. Took over two hours to get a response basically telling me to pound sand for the mistake they made. All sales final. No effort to rectify their obvious mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Initially, I was seeking the Sig Sauer P226 XFive Legion Reserve extensively, and during my search, I discovered that your establishment was one of only two online retailers to have this pistol in stock, especially after contacting numerous local gun stores in Cleveland, Ohio. Accordingly, on Saturday, August 10, at approximately 8 PM, I placed my order. Immediately following my order, I began to research BattleHawk and encountered numerous negative reviews. I noted reports of firearms being shipped in damaged condition or incorrect models being sent, which understandably raised my concerns. However, on Monday, my firearm was shipped without incident. UPS provided timely updates throughout the shipping process, and my firearm arrived at my FFL on Wednesday morning. At this juncture, I was still apprehensive as I had yet to physically inspect the weapon. Upon receiving a call from my FFL, I was delighted to learn of the pistol's outstanding condition. When I arrived to examine the firearm, I found it to be in pristine condition.

In conclusion, I am exceedingly grateful to BattleHawk Armory for their service. I perceive that many of the negative reviews may stem from individuals who have had experiences with other companies or from those attempting to unjustly disparage the business out of dissatisfaction for reasons unrelated to the quality of service provided by BattleHawk. I believe that such negativity towards BattleHawk Armory is unwarranted, and I am taking the time to share my experience in order to underscore the excellence of this company.

I highly recommend that others consider making purchases from them.

Total rip-off company. Ordered Mini 14 stock. Received 10/22 Ruger stock repackaged in Mini 14 box. Zero phone contact. Hiding in basement. Finally get email. To return you pay shipping and they hit you with 25% restock fee. Talk about scum. Finally had credit card company charge it back. They didn’t want to but I have enough investments with them that they didn’t want me to move everything.
If you see dealers on Honest Outlaw, Mr Guns & Gear, etc. ALWAYS CHECK THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE. I do now. Their word means nothing to me anymore after steering me to BATTLEHAWK maggots.

I bought a firearm from Battlehawk, the issue I ran into was that the gun in the picture was not the gun that was shipped. Shame on me, I should have verified the SKU. Because this is a thing for online gun purchases. What was off putting was there was not apology from the owner when I contacted them about the issue, neither did they offer to try and remedy the problem. So while they have competitive pricing, hopefully there are no issues. Cause from I'm seeing, they don't do anything after the sale is done. So, since I received the gun from the FFL, they do nothing. And then refer to their disclaimer. So make sure you read the disclaimer. Order with caution. I won't buy from them again.

Flawless online transactions on multiple gun purchases. Always one of the best prices around especially using the " add to cart" best price feature. I will continue to always check in with Battlehawk Armory any time I am purchasing a new firearm for best price before making a final decision elsewhere. Extremely fast shipping to FFL. I couldn't be happier with my personal " multiple" purchases experience and will remain a fan of Battlehawk Armory!

Stole my money and didn't stand by the shipping insurance you pay extra for. They have cheap prices for a reason as others have stated. They drop ship these items. Even though I sent customer service proof with pictures that the order wasn't delivered to my house and it was someone else's. They did not refund me. UPS said that BattleHawk needed to file case, but they wouldn't. The few dollars you could potentially save isn't worth it in my opinion. Crooks

They have a dishonest product review system. I bought some surplus ammo cans from them, and they were in worse condition than the expectations set on the product description. I left them a 2 star review, and they didn't publish it. I even contacted them to ask why, and received no response. The only reviews allowed to be visible were 3 stars or better.

Have purchased ammo from BHA before and the service has always been great. Just received my latest order today, which was processed/shipped quickly, as always is, and packaged nicely. Prices are fair and the free shipping helps a lot, especially in these tough economic times! Will definitely order from BHA again!

Ordered a few items online. Took about 2 weeks to actually ship. My front sight was missing and I emailed customer support. They emailed me back a tracking number for package which contained most the items but not my front sight. I have emailed back with multiple times now with no response. No one picks up the phone when I try to call to dispute this as well. Poor customer service. Wouldn't purchase from them online.
