Great price on ammo and the shipping too. My order came well-packaged and in a timely manner, even with the winter storms causing delays throughout the US. Product was exactly what I ordered and expected to receive. Thanks Battlehawk Armory!

Ordered a new weapon and it came with no plastic on it, it was dusty as if it had been laying out on display for months and the magazine had much gunpowder residue on it (much more than one test fire). Forgot to mention the shipping notifications and time to ship were very poor compared to others like Bud's and PSA.
Won't buy anything from them again.

Slow shipping and unresponsive or no support. I have placed several orders. I have spent over $5,000.00 (5K) Five-Thousand dollars in the last 3 years.

They say they don't answer the phone so the can be efficiant. They are not efficiant and they don't answer the phone to avoid complaints and questions about their inefficency.

I have received firearms in a week on a few occasions. I have waited 2-3 weeks on several orders. The non-firearm items (Iron Sight ammo optics) have taken 3 weeks every time.

Once the carrier UPS /FedX) get the shipments, it is only a few days. They don't ship many items for 2-3 weeks. If you are NOT in any hurry? They have good prices.

If you expect it to be shiped within 48-hours? Go somewhere else. Should you try to contact them, you will be ignored (other that auto-responders) tell you they are going to get back with you. They do not.

By comparison (I have no afiliation with either company) I ordered 3K form BattleHawk on 2 Jan 24. More than half of the items they said were in stock have not shipped now 9 Jan 24 7 days.

On the same day, Tuesday 2 Jan 24, I ordered 2K from Midway USA. Everything arrived on Thursday & Friday 4th and 5th of January. Everything shipped the morning after I ordered.

Last year I had 200 bucks worth of ammo 'shipped' and never delivered. They told me tough luck you should have paid us our rip off shipping insurance rate. Stupid high shipping. My bank gave me my money back after 6 weeks.

Most of those shipping policies remain in effect.

I am not looking for, or expecting Amazon Prime 2 day delivery. I do expect them to do what they say. Ship in stock items in 3-4 days. In the time BattleHawk takes to ship, Brownell's and Midway have already delivered.

I bought 800 rounds of surplus Turkish 30-06 4rd linked. I might be overstating when I say I think maybe half the rounds fire. Tried multiple rifles with same results. What a scam!

They sent me a $2000+ rifle that had an open (torn open plastic Magpul bag) magazine, a stripped, loose safety selector switch and had multiple scratches on the forward assist. They denied any possibility the gun was a return or demo.
However, the rifle company( Patriot Ordinance Factory) sent me photos of my rifle as it left the factory and it was pristine. I am on my own and will likely not purchase from them again. POF will stand behind their product.
Battlehawk suggested it was a problem with my FFL and they could not be responsible. He is a close personal friend.
I had previously had 3 excellent experiences with BHA. When communicating with them you can not copy what is sent! Not even screen shots, so no proof of responses. I have no reason to post except to warn others of hit or miss on product representation (as documented in their own customer agreement)

I ordered a Shadow Systems MR 920 elite from Battlehawk Armory. Upon getting home I discovered the safety didn't engage i.e. was defective. I hadn't even taken the gun to the range. Upon contacting them they informed me it was now my responsibly to deal with it with the manufacturer. This gun was $1361 and some change. Had they been help in any way I would have been more understanding.

Friends and I ordered per add below at which you can see that it states Fiocchi Premium High Antimony Lead 12 Ga 2.75" 1 oz 8 Shot 25 Bx/ 10Cs Case price of $126.30 was lined out and price became $10.81 per case I order 2 cases and received 2 BOXES I text customer service and I was informed "YOU WERE SENT WHAT YOU PAID FOR . THIS IS NOT UP FOR DEBATE.HAVE A GREAT DAY . THANK YOU BHA SUPPORT.. I noticed on the delivery sheet that the order was supplied by another company so I called there customer service which was excellent and they said they delivered what they had on there information. I ask the customer service rep to read what was on the customer web site and they agreed with me that it states it 25 Boxes/10 in a Case for $10.81 I even ask them to look up the UPC : 762344851662 and they did and found that it was for a case not a box. even the Blackhawk add has the case price of $126.30 lined out and I know that that is not for a box. No one in there right mind would pay that much. The supplier cc'd me on an email that was sent to the owner that I would like to be contacted about this issue it been a week and not response. Also customer service email said they would get back to me with in 24 hours : "DID NOT HAPPEN"
AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISTMENT !! and the owner which is the front man of the company couldn't even take the time to contact an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I guess the next step is to put this on the BBB website along with telling anyone I can to stay away from BLACK HAWK ARMORY !! THEY will never get another PENNY from me or my fiends..

I recently had a dreadful experience with BattleHawk, which has led me to question the honesty and integrity of their business practices. It seems their sole focus is on your wallet, with little to no interest in assisting you. It's truly astonishing to witness their complete disregard for both customer loyalty and the success of their own business.

You’d think a place that sells weapons would know how to handle the paperwork. Battlehawk screwed up the paperwork & wanted $100 to fix it. Luckily the FFL knew how to handle it. They charged only $10 for the transfer fee & that was it. Thanks for nothing battlehawk you bunch of criminals. Guess it goes without saying you’ll never receive any money from me.

I’ve ordered from the site before and if everything goes perfectly there, no issues. This time however they put the wrong person on the order and sent it to my FFL. this created an issue in that I was not the one picking up the order.
Even though it was their mistake, as is clear screen captures I did they would do nothing to fix it except have me pay to have it shipped back to their place and then they would charge me $50 to re-ship my order in the correct form. Called the ATF and they informed me of resolution to this problem. Wish I had never done business with them. If you do just pray everything goes just right.

Parts I wanted, in stock, at one of the best prices since the rona. Ordered at 1 on Tuesday and was on my doorstep Friday. Can't get much better than that!

Did not receive the product advertised / ordered. Customer support would not assist in correcting the order and then refused to assist with a return for refund. Was forced to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Read the large number of 1 star reviews before you risk your money. Read them carefully as they didn't fix a single one. They gave every customer the finger. This company does not back what they sell. In fact they will knowingly send you trash. And when you contact them they will do their very best to ignore you. It took 1 chat, 2 emails, 2 phone calls just to get a response. They sent me shotgun shells with failed crimps. The box rattled like a Morocco. The crimps failed in every box. They knew it and sent it anyway. Either that or they are the most incompetent handlers of ammunition on the face of the earth. I called them within minutes of reviewing the package. They know what the sent. Trash!!!! Stay far away from these buffoons. Save your money and buy from a company with integrity. Not a bunch of shysters. I purchased a case of 9mm ammo from Battlehawk Armory. 150 rounds into case, I shot a double tap the resulted in the slide seizing up after discharge. I sent the pistol to Sig for repairs. Although the diagnosis and labor to repair were free, and turnaround in less than a week, the barrel needed to be replaced for $250. Sig said that the first round stuck in the barrel and the second round forced the first round out of the barrel causing a barrel bulge that locked up the slide. When I reached out to Battlehawk to let them know what happened, they did not offer any relief. They have a no ammo return policy and suggested I take it up with the ammo manufacturer. I will make future purchases with a company that is more customer service minded.
