Shipping is typically within a couple of business days. Occasionally products take longer to fulfill, however it’s generally an availability issue across any supplier.

Just received my order from BH. As someone who usually purchases ammo in person, I have to say that making an order online was quick and easy. I received updates on my order throughout, and it was on my doorstep in less than 5 business days.

I have bought ammo and magazines from them. Some of the best pricing I have found. Shipping was fast enough. I will definitely use them to purchase other items in the future!

I had placed an order for a firearm! They said they needed verification info from my FFL dealer! My FFL dealer has sent the requested info 4 times and I also had sent same info at least 2 times! And every time the info was sent I had emailed them to make sure they received it and everytime they said they didn't receive it! No confirmation email was sent at any time! Then the last time I emailed them to see if they received the info they got pissed off and said they got it 4 times but no one had confirmed that! Every time I asked if they received they kept telling me no they haven't received any thing! Now if they had done their job right they would have seen the info and could have avoided all this nonsense! Needless to say they got pissed off and cancelled my order which is fine and they did refund my money promptly for the total amount and is appreciated! All they had to do was check their email and send a confirmation email then all would have been fine! But they kept saying they didn't receive the FFL Info after sending it several times! Spend your money somewhere more reputable and that has better reviews! A bit of advise....Read reviews before sending money! It can be a big help to avoid issues!

My experience with Adam and Kayla at Battle Hawk Armory has been a pleasant one, I have placed several orders with them, to which I have always got my order before I was expecting it. Which I cannot say is the case with some other businesses I have had dealings with my online orders.

They refuse to ship to any address other than your billing address and will charge a cancellation fee if the shipping address used differs from the billing address. Their shipping costs and insured shipping is almost twice what other sites are.

BH Armory is unethical. I would not do business with them. Research the positive reviews and you will see that they are fake, and done in order to offset all the legitimate negative reviews. Read their policies and you will see the order cancellation charges are exorbitant. I did not receive my order and when I said that I'd like a refund, they charged me a 20% cancellation fee. I NEVER REC'D THE ORDER so how can you charge me a cancellation fee?

Prompt shipping they have always delivered as promised on all my orders through them!

Battle Hawk Armory had the best price on the gun I was shopping for. I ordered it and received at my FFL dealer the next day, super fast and well packaged. Shipping fee was reasonable and there was no sales tax charged.

Ordered 2 15 rd. hi-cap mags on 12/7/22. Shipped Fed -Ex to Nevada. Delayed and lost in Sacramento California. Bank refunded my $87.95 after 2 months of dealing with the seller, e-mails, calls, no response. Said they refunded my card, never showed. Avoid these guys. no customer service. this should have been a easy refund. You don't ship hi cap mags to Ca.,Big red flag. Can't help thinking that was the problem. Goodbye and good riddance..

I got a great deal on some .308 Federal Gold Medal Match ammo. Best price I could find. The shipping was very fast and it came well protected, packaged inside a thick box. I got a case so it was heavy but well packaged. I am well satisfied with this transaction and I plan to from them again.

This outfit is 2nd rate at best. No phone number for sales, customer service, etc., is a BIG red flag. In short, these nefarious people advertised a firearm as being in stock. I purchased the firearm and received a confirmation email. My credit card was charged at time of purchase. Subsequently I received a “No FFL record on file” email even though I had my local FFL holder email them a copy with my name prior to making my purchase. Furthermore, I waited until I was able to select my local FFL from their own list/database. Also, my local FFL holder copied me when he first sent in his license. I followed up by emailing the FFL including my name and order number. A couple of days later, poof! My order history is empty. When pressed for answers as to what happened, I got a “sorry” and then some made up speculative BS excuse. Do yourself a favor and avoid disappointment dealing with these clowns online.

Have been a customer since 8/29/2021 and have placed 11 orders with them ranging from ammo,magazines and firearms. Haven't had a single issue, orders ship pretty quickly and they tend to have the best (or very close to) prices as well. I will be ordering a lot more from them in the future I'm sure. Ordered a sig sauer juliet 3 micro magnifier and a cmmg 22lr conversion kit. Best sale price around. Products arrived well packaged and in a timely manor. Will be doing buissness again
