Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMAPNY!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH AND LIE. I made an online purchase for a Charles Daly Chiappa Model 202A 20 Gauge 26” Over/Under Shotgun from BattleHawk Armory on October 27th, 2022. The order was shipped to K&K Hardware in Bettendorf, Iowa and received on November 1, 2022. When I inspected the firearm at my FFL Dealer (K&K Hardware) I noted that this was not the firearm that was advertised and that I purchased. The BattleHawk Armory Website stresses that you must go to the Manufacturers Website to get the most accurate photo and description of the firearm you are purchasing. The Charles Daly Website shows a straight thumb groove forearm, a fancy trigger guard and semi-gloss wood finish. The specifications list the Weight at 6.4 lbs. and the receiver material to be Aluminum. The Actual weight of the firearm I received is 7 lbs. and it has a steel receiver that a magnet will stick to. It also has a different non grooved flared forearm, a plain trigger guard and flat (Non gloss) wood finish. I called BattleHawk Armory right away and they do not take phone calls. So, I sent them an e-mail stating that this was not the firearm that was described on the manufacturer’s website. They first refused to take it back, but after several e-mails, BattleHawk Armory agreed to accept the return by sending a return label to my FFL (K&K Hardware) and issuing a full refund upon return of the firearm. To this date, a return label to my FFL (K&K Hardware) has not been sent. THEY HAVE A FLASELY ADVERTISED PRODUCT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS WILL CATCH UP WITH THEM AND WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS FOR LONG.

I was skeptical after reading bad reviews, but I tried them anyway because of their low prices. Even though they stated up to 2 weeks just to ship the package, I received all the items in less than 1 week from when I placed the order! Everything arrived perfectly and at prices MUCH lower than any other website. I will be ordering from them all the time now!

Order was packed and ready for shipping some afternoon I ordered. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I ordered a case of 500 rounds of 9mm, and upon opening the case, there was one box of 380 ACP enclosed. I reached out to them to try and correct this; however, they do not respond via their customer service form and hide behind their attempt at anonymity. It appears their approach to customer service is to ignore any requests for customer service. My advice is if you feel lucky that they might get the entire order right, then use them as a vendor. However, if they screw it up, then you just got screwed by a vendor that is clueless about building good customer relations and providing good customer service.

battle hawk uses credova which is a known predatory lending company. check their reviews here and on bbb

battle hawk website is setup so you have to place your order before being transferred to credova where you can apply and see your terms and agreements. if you cancel the order after its placed (you dont like the terms and agreements or some other problem you had with credova which can be explained elsewhere) you are charged 10% of the purchase. they reiterate multiple times on their website not to cancel an order or you will be hit with a 10% fee.

you dont know what your terms will be with credova until after you click place order on battlehawk.

After SEVERAL transactions of everything from a firearm to ammo to scopes and miscellaneous, over the last several months, I've not once been disappointed in the shipping times, quality of product, price or service.
The only thing I've noticed is that their ammo can take an extra couple days to ship compared to everything else. Not a problem for anyone rational. The firearm took 3 days. Pretty impressive nowadays!

Horrible cheating people out of money. Gets a one star from me.

Battlehawkarmory is a bunch of crooks. Buyer beware. They sell defective products on purpose because they have a no return policy. Buyer beware.
Even if you buy the item with a credit card and try to do a charge back they will take even more of of your money maybe even more than what you paid for your item. So you will be out the purchase expense ,plus more....read the policy
