Will not give refund or replacement of lost item
Had item lost with ups. They refuse to give refund or replacement item. Have been trying to get issue resolved for 3 months.
Fan of Battlehawk Armory
I have purchased a rifle and an NFA item from Battlehawk Armory. Both times their price was the lowest on the internet. My items were shipped quickly and I received USPS tracking numbers.
I am happy with my Battlehawk Armory experiences and I have recommended them to friends.
Bad shipping
I ordered 400rds of ammo from them. I got the order in a timely manner but every single round was loose in the package. And every box that the ammo was in was essentially destroyed with now way to put the ammo away for storage. They need to use better methods to make sure the items inside won't get moved around during shipping. Ive ordered ammo online from various companies and this is the only time I've experienced something like this
"In stock" doesn't mean IN STOCK.
I placed an order and like the website said I gave them plenty of extra time to fill my order. After 23 days of my order showing as "SUBMITTED FOR FULFILLMENT" I use the sites "CONTACT SUPPORT" option on the orders page asking about my order. I then get this "I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner, it was a dropship from a distributor and they sent an out of stock email I just now found. We apologize for the error, unfortunately this item is out of stock here, and out of stock at all of our distribution/fulfillment warehouses. You have been issued a refund in full (please allow 1-7 business days for refund to fully process). Please signup for a wishlist back in stock notification to be notified when this item will be back in stock. Thank You and sorry again for any inconvenience this has caused." OK this MIGHT be believable if the same item didn't show as "in stock" (for double the price), on two separate occasions AFTER I had placed my order. So when I place my order it shows as "in stock" but it's "out of stock". Then it's "in stock" days later at double the price. My order still doesn't get shipped. Then I'm told it didn't ship because it's "out of stock"???? Sounds to me like they just didn't want to honor the original price.
Stay AWAY from this place unless you just like to gamble with your order. You might get it, you might not.
No Returns!!!!!
Be advised that BattleHawk Armory does NOT take any returns. Here is the email response I received from them when I tried to return an item I had just received a few days earlier (the item was not used and in it's original box): "We do not accept returns, the returns with 20% restocking fees are for rejected guns at point of sale only." Now I'm stuck with a $125 item that I have no use for. They do not state this policy on their Home Page or on any of the items pages. You either have to click on "Store Policies" or somehow catch that they tell you that at checkout. I personally feel it's an unethical way of doing business.
Slow start - great finish!
Initially had issues with timely delivery, but Adam at BattleHawk get involved personally and resolved - well not just resolved, but went above and beyond to make things better on a professional and personal level. I know issues can happen, but this shows me some real character.
They do not honor what they say.
Pretty disappointed With Battlehawk Armory. I asked to cancel a order placed 2 days prior as I needed to change the order around. I was told there would be a restocking/credit card fee on what I ordered. I asked for a store credit and I would recorded, Was told to place second order and a Immediate refund would be issued. I promptly place a second order and wait, no credit and no response. He then ships the original order and cancels the second order He asked me to place.
