Ordered a necklace and received an email a couple of days later advising that it had been dispatched. Two weeks after this the necklace had not yet arrived, I sent an email to them and received no response. A couple of days later after no communication from their side the necklace arrived and the envelope was date stamped as one day after the date I sent my initial email, clearly they did not dispatch the item on the date they initially advised and only dispatched it after emailing them about the delay. The necklace wasn't the best quality, the whole company appears to just be dropshipping low-quality items and based on other reviews ignores communication with customers.

Really poor experience with B&B as I ordered 5 jewellery items totalling over £150 2 weeks ago especially for wearing on holidays. As I hadn’t received them within the 7 day delivery window, I requested an update and was told they should arrive at the latest by today. As they still have not arrived I contacted them again just to be told “It is out of our hands.” No tracking number has been provided or any help towards receiving the products has been given. I was not told about any issues with delivery when I purchased the items, otherwise I would not have ordered them, which really isn’t good enough. I now won’t have the items in time for holiday so have to order alternative items and have no idea how long a refund will take to process. Really disappointing and will not order from them again.

I ordered two necklaces and both them are stunning pieces, I’m absolutely in love. One of my orderers went missing but the customer service team at B&B rectified that swiftly. All in all a great shopping experience and I’ll definitely be back for more of their gorgeous jewellery.

Very poor customer service, my order had not arrived 3 weeks after placing the order by which time I had moved house. When I contacted customer service I wasn’t shown any respect and were extremely unhelpful. I wanted these for my wedding but will not get them in time if ever, and have also not been offered a refund even when I requested.

I bought a hexagonal t-bar necklace with a link chain. It looked really nice in the photo but when it arrived the t-bar kept slipping out, which meant the necklace doesn't stay closed, which makes it unwearable.
You have to pay to return it, which would cost me almost as much as it did to buy it so I won't bother. I can't see myself buying from there again though, wouldn't recommend

Both items I orderd came wrong. The pearl earring had no small diamonds as in the picture. Then the neckless did not have the star that was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone

Excellent customer service. Lovely staff to deal with, fast shipping.
But most of All, gorgeous jewellery. Ordered earrings and a necklace and will definitely be back for more.

I ordered 2 gold bracelets and a pair of gold earrings for my wedding they arrived on the Monday (due to get married on the thurs) the wrong earrings arrived they didn't even resemble the earrings I had ordered. I emailed customer service and she assured me they would be sent by express post which would have mean they should have arrived on the Tuesday and by Wednesdays Post they still had not arrived...emailed and heard nothing back!

The quality of the necklace was good for the price, but I was disappointed by the packaging, especially as it was a gift for a friend.

I ordered a bracelet, arrived quickly, but the bracelet was not as described totally different design?
I did contact them and they asked to send it back and they would refund me this annoys me when you have to pay to send it back when the item is not as described.

The jewellery is very nice, and a good price point! I have ordered a few things and they have kept well! My only gripe is that I have ordered twice for gifts and both times I paid extra for the gift box and the necklaces were thrown in the envelope separately instead! The first time I put it down to a mistake but now that it’s happened again I presume it’s that even if you pay for gift packaging you are expected to do it yourself! Just be aware if you are ordering a gift to get it posted to you; rather than to the person directly! Also don’t bother with the gift box, you can pick a nicer one up somewhere for less if you have to do it yourself anyway!

Terrible. Ordered my jewelry and it arrived a month later. I tried reaching out to customer service but they ignored my emails. When my ring finally arrived it lost its color almost immediately even though I cared for it the correct way. It also turned my finger green.

I have bought a few items from Betty & Biddy and I’m never disappointed. Their jewellery is stylist, fashionable and so reasonable! A bought a pair of skinny gold hoops and not only are they really light and gorgeous they also didn’t sting my ears! Definitely will order again.

Really beautiful jewellery, and really quick delivery despite the order being placed at Christmas time.

Made a big order form here, when it arrived I returned one item (a necklace) the colour wasn't as expected. One of the earrings hoops was loose but customer service rectified this straight away and sent out a new pair immediately!

Some of the model images on their website look like the earrings are photoshoped onto her ear rather than her wearing a pair so it's not accurate to see the size in someone's ear. That was my only struggle as a few studs were alot bigger than they looked on the model! The website does state the sizes but it's hard to picture it without seeing it.
Overall really nice bits and lovely customer service. The customer service it what would have me going back :)

I've never written a review for a purchase, but I felt I had to for Betty and Biddy. Their customer service is fantastic! I had an issue with my order and they were so apologetic and sent me out a new order straight away. The jewellery is so reasonably priced, and they always have some kind of offer on. It's not jewellery that will last me for life, but if you're careful with it it will last a long time. I have bought a number of necklaces from them at this stage and have told all my friends about them. As a Gaeilgeoir is aoibhinn liom na píosaí ar fad atá as Gaeilge.

Items came and were fab. Small issue with one product but was fixed straight away with no hassel. Customer service is 10/10.

Got a necklace that looked nothing like the picture. Really cheap tacky yellow gold. Looks like something you’d get in a Christmas cracker. So disappointed as it was a present for my daughter. Definitely won’t order from here again!

My order didn't arrive so I got in touch with customer service who were super helpful and resent the package the day after! Beautiful jewellery, definitely recommend.
