Excellent products and service
Brilliant service. I received gorgeous earrings : Green huggies and multicolour huggies. There was a small mixup to which they responded by immediately sending out a new pair of huggies. Excellent products. Will definitely shop again!

Perfect quality jewellery
I recently bought the Eire coin necklace and it is absolutely beautiful! It is even prettier in person & I couldn't be happier with it. The price was so reasonable, delivery was quick and the website was easy to use. The quality of the necklace is perfect, it is exactly what I was looking for and more!

poor quality jewellery
Unfortunately I found the quality of the jewellery very poor, a pair of earrings snapped before I got to wear them. I returned most of the jewellery I bought because it looked completely different to the pictures, I would have returned everything but they don’t take earrings back. Will not be buying from here again, very disappointed.

Great costumer service
Betty and Biddy appart from being a great place to buy your every day necklaces and earrings has a great costumer service. One of my necklaces got stained and they sent me a new one straight away. I highly recommend them.

Got 2 pairs of earrings and so…
Got 2 pairs of earrings and so disappointed backs all bent and ears went black after wearing them once ..... I also seen same earings on AliExpress for 89 cent and i paid 15 euro for my pair will never buy off them again

Cool Jewellery at Affordable Prices
Nice range of jewellery with cool designs and affordable prices. The website is very easy to use and the whole ordering process is very easy to follow. Email sent out once my order was dispatched.
