Stressful property sale
The sale of my deceased aunts property should have been a straight forward transaction,unfortunately the other executor decided to be awkward. She failed to carry out her duties in a timely manner which caused delay in the exchange of contracts. Through out this stressful period in time I was fully supported by Fiona, Libby, Laura and their teams. Thank you all

We originally made our wills and took out POA with BHP Law back in 2006. This year, we updated our wills and were pleasantly surprised that our original records were still on file. Laura Vipond handled our business and explained everything clearly. Paperwork was turned around very quickly.

First Home!
I had the pleasure of having Fiona work for my first home purchase. She was very efficient and effective and was very clear when it came to explaining everything I needed to know and do with regards to my purchase. As you will be aware, this matter was addressed in 2021 through both our internal complaints procedure and a formal review by the Legal Ombudsman in 2023. The Ombudsman was satisfied that our firm provided you with a reasonable service. In light of this, we have no further comment to make.
Excellent service.
I used BHP Law as they were recommended for conveyancing by a friend. Fiona was the specialist and the service she and the team provided was excellent. The process took longer than anticipated due to legal issues. I was kept updated about progress and it was reassuring knowing that no corners were cut, and a thoroughly good job was done. I would recommend this firm highly. Staff were always polite and helpful when contacted .

Sale of flat after Uncles passing
Fiona looked after the conveyancing site of things when we had to sell my late Uncles property, she always kept me updated with the process and talked me through everything. This wasn't the easiest of sales to handle as we had added complication of a management company. Fiona went out her way to try get this completed as quick as possible after our first sale fell through after 11 months. I would like to thank her as this has made it a lot less stressful for the family, would recommend.

Efficient, friendly service
Fiona looked after the conveyancing of my late father's bungalow, and guided me through the entire process. She was friendly and approachable and easy to contact throughout, as was her assistant Tracey, and very efficient.
