Outstanding! I came across this firm through my estate agent, when selling a second home. They were extremely efficient and made everything very easy, which was a godsend as I don´t live near the house that I was selling. They communicated really well with me and with eachother, so there was never any confusion and this led to a completion date in less than 3 months. I would highly recommend this team.

Let me down badly !!!
I called this firm of Solicitors at the Darlington Branch for help with a litigation matter for my very elderly Mother... that was 5 weeks ago !!
I explained everything to a female call handler and she promised to pass on the information to a Solicitor who could help and they would call me back... within a couple of days. The call back never came. Very unprofessional, and this was of great importance to my Mother who needed your help. You really let me down, by not even bothering to respond. Shame on you. NOT recommended at all

Fiona Addison Excellent service
Fiona Addison conducted our conveyancing recently. We encountered a couple of snags along the way. Seamless property purchase
We recently purchased a property and used the Tynemouth branch of BHP Law.

Highly recommend BHP Law - excellent service and result
I recommend BHP Law and would not hesitate to use them again. They acted for me in a property sale. I had a challenging buyer who kept changing their mind about literally everything and the settlement was drawn out by this multiple times causing a significant amount of extra work for my representatives. However Lauren and Tracey were amazing, they just kept on top of matters, were excellent in their communication to me - even though I was the other side of the world in a time zone that constrained us further. But they worked with me on these challenges and helped me navigate the time zone differences by chasing multiple matters themselves with my management agents. All in all they were wonderful and I was delighted with their work.
