We havn't had to call on professional legal advice and support very often but we felt welcome to their offices. Laura Vipoond and her team at BHP were Professional, Friendly, helpful and very patient with us. Laura explained the issues and walked us through the process including explanations of some of the legal terminology that was foreign to us and was very sympathetic to our specific family needs. Very professional from the solicitor but the photocopying had issues with the layout making parts of our copies unreadable. This was sorted but it took an extra visit. All is now fine with wider margins.

I recently used the services of BHP Law for the first time. In all my dealings I have found them professional, efficient, friendly and empathetic to my needs.
The legal executive dealing with my case was Laura Vipond who clearly understood my position and took the time to explain the legalities in a clear and concise manner.
I would not hesitate to use these solicitors again if the need arises.

I think that BHP's own needs/work schedule come before mine when filing an annual tax return on my behalf. They wait until the very last minute, causing me extra angst about paying HMRC on time and obliging me to use the internet.
I made a written (too mild?) complaint to them this year and have not even had an acknowledgment.
At times I wonder if this is because I am a senior citizen and a woman.
I pay £270 for this service.

I have used BHP for a few matters and found them to be very efficient and good communicators.
The strength of any organisation relies on the person you deal with directly and Laura from the Tynemouth office was excellent throughout in the two matters she handled directly and in overseeing the third matter that was handled by a different team.
