The whole purchasing process was professionally handled and fully tracked up to our doorstep. We constantly received updates during each and every step.

Big Apple Buddy is offering a concierge service and responsible for buying your goods from trustworthy suppliers/sellers in the US and delivering them right to your doorstep.

Hence, the team is focused on ordering your items, checking the incoming delivery at their warehouse, repackaging your goods and get them finally sent to your country.

That beeing said, Big Apple Buddy cannot be responsible for handling customs, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. This falls under the responsibility of the customer. However, FedEx (or UPS) is offering a full-service tax handling for you, once the parcel is on the way.

We have been informed about that matter upfront and it was totally logic (we are a company and are experienced in importing goods from Non-EU countries).

For those being uncertain, reach out to the Big Apple Buddy team and get these questions clarified upfront.

Ordered the Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses delivered to Switzerland. They arrived within a week, which was at the very early end of the estimated delivery window.

The entire process was incredibly smooth, from placing the initial order to unboxing the product. I did have to pay additional import duty upon arrival, but this was entirely expected thanks to the transparency provided by Big Apple Buddy during checkout.

I am thoroughly impressed and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shopping concierge service.

The experience was smooth and professional. I ordered a phone and it was delivered on time and with a minimum of headaches. This is a valuable service and well worth the small markup they charge.

Do not order from this company. After receiving important duty taxes, I refused the package. Instead of refunding me, they first completely refused. After a few emails they accepted but charge 87$ for return fee which barely left anything to refund. They are falling back on their FAQ section to justify their position. This is the kind of company that will use small prints, FAQ conditions not to refund you if you don't like or don't want the product anymore. Make sure if you order that you won't need to return the item you purchased

Ordered an Aura Walden frame delivered to Japan. Arrived within a week, the early end of the estimated delivery period.
Entire experience was smooth, from ordering to receiving the product. Additional duty was charged but this was expected given transparency from Big Apple Buddy at time of order.
First time user, will certainly recommend others looking for shopping concierge services.

I ordered a Coach Erin Shoulder Bag through Big Apple Buddy. Everything went very smoothly. They were very responsive to my request because the bag was not available on their website, but they were able to order it for me. The package tracking was excellent; I was able to track the package throughout its journey to Belgium. I am delighted with the service.

Excellent experience. Unfortunately when my item was checked by the BAB team it had a quality issue, and so did the replacement! To be clear, this was a quality issue with the supplier and NOT BAB. I was so relieved to have the BAB thoroughly inspecting my items before forwarding, as trying to return them from Australia would have been very annoying and probably expensive. The BAB handled the returns and inspection of the replacement items with excellent communication and without a hitch. 3rd time was the charm and I love my item. Absolutely 100% worth the service fee going through BAB. Thank you BAB team!!

Bought a galaxy XR headset from Big Apple Daddy last week. Ordered on the Thursday, imported over the weekend and delivered on the Monday. Fantastic service and they kept me informed off exactly where my package was in the delivery process at all times. Really great service, would definitely use them again.
