Product is faulty and they will not take it back. I am inside the product companies return window but apparently not theirs.

I can no longer get the Chaco sandles in Canada. They are the only brand that fit me properly and provide the much needed support I need for Achilles and Plantar Fasciitis issues. So I ordered 2 pair. The shipping was expensive, but nothing to be done about that. Received very quickly with a follow up email to ensure I received them. Very thoughtful extra gesture.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus via this service. The computer was purchased quickly and sent as promised (via Fedex). Everything worked as promised, with regular updates.

Positief verrast na veel negatieve reviews. Heel veel mensen hebben aangegeven dat ze hun pakket absurd laat binnenkregen, ik heb van begin tot eind echt alle updates gekregen en had m’n spullen binnen een week dankzij expres verzending.
Ze zijn een van de weinigen die echt bepaalde producten uit Amerika naar Nederland versturen.

Wel geef ik 4 sterren in plaats van 5 sterren in verband met overdreven veel “taxes” op het einde bij het betalen. Je betaalt letterlijk sales tax? En allemaal andere overdreven overbodige taxes? Ik kwam bijna €100 duurder uiteindelijk…

Brilliant service from the team. I had tried so many other complicated delivery sites to try and get Ralph Lauren USA items delivered to the UK unsuccessfully. I messaged BAB with a link to the goods I was looking for and I received a detailed quote back from them in 24 hours. I placed the order and had confirmation from Phylis that the order had been placed and they would send as soon as it arrived. True to their word the goods were shipped to me in the UK and arrived very quickly. Phyllis’s communications at each stage were excellent, she even checked in that goods had been received during the festive period. I think this is a brilliant service and I would definitely use them again.

I have purchased an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 with the Best Buy Cyber Monday deals. The laptop arrived in Switzerland quickly (within around 4 days *after* it arrived at Big Apple Buddy's facilities).

The package (and the laptop) was in perfect shape. I have been using the laptop for over a week with no problems at all. I am very satisfied with everything from placing my order to writing this review from the very laptop I have ordered.
