I have had an egg for about 4 years but never had all the relevant sections to improve the cooking experience.
Buying extra component parts for the oven has provided me with alternative cooking options to improve my vegetables and grilling.
Don't wait to get those extras!!!!

I only know about delivery as it was a present. I was amazed at the speed of despatch and delivery. I was kept informed and passed the info on to my daughter, who was taking delivery. Fantastic service

Had green egg xl for years its the best BBQ , pizza oven ,cooker, smoker, Its a beast. This weeks paella for 12 people. One of the couples coming own a very, very good Italian restaurant NO WORRIES!!!!
Christmas smoke our own salmon for breakfast then cook goose and potatoes, also got a minimax, that went to Cornwall with the family this year fab!!
Replaced lots of parts this year under warranty, the staff were so helpful unbelievably good!!!

Absolutely love my egg. So versatile. Particularly impressive has been the customer service. When a small issue presented itself with my Egg, a pair of wonderfully polite people from the servicing team came to my home and replaced the defective parts. The lifetime warranty (which they honoured entirely) is the greatest selling point. I doubt I’ll ever need to buy another BBQ.

Our Egg arrived ahead of schedule and in great shape. Went together quickly and we have already used it 4 times. Love our new large Egg

Perfect gift great recipes

If I could give a minus number for this review I would. I rarely write reviews so I am doing this because I feel strongly about my experience and want to share with future customers. I bought a large egg and set a delivery date for tomorrow 12/8/26. I rearranged my work to be in on that 8am-6pm slot. I ordered a delivery which is described as a ‘kerbside drop off’. I appreciate what that means. My order arrived one day early, today at 08.20am - it was only by pure chance my partner was in. The driver point blank refused to help move the incredibly heavy egg less than 2 meters from a London pavement into our front garden saying “ he had bad knees” and he didn’t care about it as he was only the drop off guy. So he dropped off literally on the pavement, drove away and did not honour the “ you have 15 minutes to check your order before accepting it” clause written on Green Egg website. So we were left with a £1500plus, luxury item dumped on a kerbside, a day early than arranged. I rang Green Egg to complain and was met with quite frankly appalling customer service and a woman who didn’t seem to get the point - she kept saying “we are clear about what a kerbside drop off is on the website” - Really Green egg? Is this the customer service you wish to promote? The point was the delivery was a day early, the rogue driver, you farm your business out, to did a drop and run and left a very expensive immovable piece of kit on a London pavement. This is not what I would want for my customers if I was the owner of this company. If I were you I would seriously check the delivery companies you chose to use to delivery your luxury goods (this was a battered van rather than a legitimate courier service). I would offer a reasonable price say £50 to move the egg on casters to at least a safe place inside the perimeter of someone’s property ( drive way, front garden for instance). I’m shocked, disappointed and if i’d had an inkling that this would be my experience I would have not have bought this product from you. I hope others read this review and consider this, as I have rarely, if ever, been motivated to write such a review. Not good customer service Green Egg.

I've just upgraded the new bands to my egg, they seem a big improvement over the older mechanism. I've got to wait 24 hours for the new gasket to cure and then I will know for sure if the upgrade is worth it, but looks real good
