After discovering a crack in my 9-year-old egg, I contacted support, who very swiftly arranged for a new ceramic base to be shipped under warranty. Really great service.

We got our Big Green Egg several weeks ago and loving it so far! It’s on the more expensive side as a product but it comes with a lifetime warranty and it is a very premium product. It’s easy to cook with and it does make a significant positive difference to the flavour over your typical BBQ. I am a big fan so far!

Great buying experience all round. From the easily navigated website to the payment process. I also contacted sales after the online purchase to add additional pieces and to ask for some product information. All answers were prompt and informative. I love my new Egg.

Brilliant always had an excellent service

Now used the egg 5 times so far, once you master the temp control it is a pleasure to cook on worth every penny I paid for it.

The product itself and order system are fantastic. The only issue encountered was delivery. I wasn’t made aware of any delivery restrictions. The first attempt the lorry driver called and said they would not be able to fit down the private lane. The second attempt I clearly explained the size of vehicle that was able to travel down the road (water tanker size). I was then called day of delivery by rather officious lady who said the van driver wouldn’t go down the road as he thought it too small. I had already explained that the size vehicle he was driving had more than enough room. She was not very helpful. Delivery driver eventually left it on driveway. Maybe it should be noted somewhere when ordering the size of vehicle used to deliver.
