Great customer service.

I wanted my Big Green Egg for a family celebration over the weekend. My delivery wasn't scheduled until the Monday. One quick, and very easy phone call and a new delivery was scheduled so I could have it for the weekend. Brilliant service.

I made a simple error in ordering accessories for an XL Egg. I was helped to rectify this by your personnel without delay. This confirmed a very positive experience. The general standard of the kit is first class.

our road can be tricky to get down and once he got to the house we live on a gravel street which the loader he had really wasn't designed for, he still managed to get the delivery up on to our drive where I could get it built!

Ordered stuff to eggspand my eggspander basket purchased some years ago. Website ordering was straightforward and I contacted support the day after to add an item (rain cap) for some reason I missed and avoid the delivery charge. All delivered, boxed as expected. Used all items over the very hot week & all are quality & performance expected from biggreenegg

Unfortunately DHL were cause of delay to receiving the ordered item however Green Egg team did a good job to rectify the situation.

Big fan of all things green egg. Had mine for over 1 years. Recently changed seals springs and fittings. Just like new again.

Taking slightly longer to work out how to use the mini egg as we’ve had a larger one previously - so far had great success with roasting a whole chicken but haven’t worked out to get the temp up for crisping up the skin! Having said this I’m enjoying using it!

Great product that is easy to set up and use and produces delicious food.
Delivery service was excellent. I live in a remote location and the driver struggled to find the location (more options to include delivery information at point of sale would be good). But he was persistent and together we resolved how to get the Egg to me.

Ordered the rotisserie accessory for my husband's Big Green Egg, about May sometime, delivery was to be end of June.
Was pleasantly surprised to receive it on 19 June, just in time for Father's Day.

I loved my BGE Rotisserie so much that I bought another one for my son in law. Just fantastic.

I purchased two Paella pans. Whilst the quality is very good, the pan is simply not as shown in the photos on the website. The handles are much larger than shown and are trapezoidal rather than semi-circular , increasing the max diameter by at least 1 cm. This makes it effectively unusable on the egg for which it was supposedly designed as it is not possible to close the lid unless perfectly positioned which is not easy at 250c !

Returning the pan was a struggle as BGE initially would not accept there was problem. NB despite assurances the photos would be removed, the website still shows the old style, smaller handled version.

When I called BGE to explain the problem the attitude was simply "if you have used them , there is nothing we can do". After a lengthy discussion, where I pointed out that the pans were not as described on their website and me sending photos, they reluctantly agreed. to a refund. Initially, they said I would have to arrange my own return at my expense. I refused and insisted that they arrange a courier which they did.

The pan was collected promptly and a couple of days later I had confirmation that it had been received at their warehouse. I emailed teh confirmation to BGE immediately . A few days later I called to chase the refund and was advised that they had not yet received it and I would have to wait for their warehouse to confirm receipt.
A couple of days later and they confirmed receiotand promised are fun in 5-7 days. I await the refund.

The operative I dealt with was very pleasant and responsive but was only following BGE procedures. I expect much better service from a premium brand and was genuinely surprised but the attitude and lack of urgency.

I expect much better of like a premium brand BGE

Online order was processed quickly and good solid product.

I ordered my item it was meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Paid £10 delivery fee and day 7+ no item. It was a birthday gift also so really disappointing/embarrassing
