Fabulous birthday gift!

Arrived on time and safely, easy to assemble and plenty of instructions to make sure you don't go wrong. It looks and works superb 👌

Whilst the EGG is very heavy overall the table & Egg were straightforward to put together & are great quality. Used twice so far & whilst getting the temp right will take practice the cooking experience was first class

Delivery was good and product even better. The instructions for putting the egg together could perhaps be better. The end quality of the product is of a high quality

We recently bought a BGE from a local supplier, what swayed us was the CS feedback and warrantee. After purchasing the egg we ordered more accessories online.
Gosh am I glad we made the decision we did… there was a fault with an accessories and I contacted CS and within days there was a replacement on my door. Superb service!

The courier left the delivery in our car park overnight which is not good at all. Luckily it didn’t rain and it wasn’t stolen.

Husband is very happy with his burger smasher which arrived the day after ordering! Postage very expensive though.

The order and delivery process was very straightforward; tracking number was supplied and overall very efficient.

The staff provided friendly, punctual and excellent service on my Egg. It's very convenient to have the staff provide service on the egg. It was also comforting to know that the same folks who assembled my Egg several years ago are the same folks who provided the service because it makes me appreciate their dedication to their work.

Not sure whether I have the right charcoal or not? Ordered a bag of hickory and oak, fine got that. Ordered Eucalyptus but received hardwood charcoal?

You do need to spend a bit of time learning the ropes as its very different from conventional bbqing- but once there its amazing

Both simple and confusing to build! The carrier that came with my Mini egg came with instructions and a spanner to aid construction. Very simple in all honesty and easy to do.
The Egg itself not so easy. No instructions and 2 further spanners required that weren't included. Having instructions and a spanner supplied for one part of the build, you'd naturally assume the lack of further instructions / spanners meant something had been omitted from the pack. I contacted BGE and after an understandable wait, it was Bank Holiday so I expected that, I was told BGE had gone green and no longer sent instructions for the egg. Not very Green then as they sent it for part of the build! There was a QR code on the box, good luck reading instructions off of your phone ! I called in a favour off of a neighbour and used their printer. They assume people have spanners to complete, still confused why they sent one and not the 3 sizes needed! A further delay awaiting our friendly Amazon man to turn up with the spanners the next day. Oh and if you watch the video on line showing the build ignore the part where the first thing out of the box is the instructions :) .Now it's built I'm happy with it. Does what it should and I'm sure I'll have many happy days with it.

So our order came on a pallet, which was just left on the pavement. No attempt to help us get the delivery off the street and no offer to take the pallet away with them. So now I have a massive pallet in my garden, which isn’t very useful.
