New bike ordered and arrived - what better could you expect!

Replaced my ageing Lazer helmet with a mask valegro, following a cycle accident in which the former got smashed- bike shed price was keen and placed order on a Sunday (2 hours after accident) and was with me via FedEx Tuesday morning. Superb! Amazing how much better new item is too- fit is awesome, might even make me faster! 😀☝️

Phone them to arrange purchase & they were very helpful & agreed to add some accessories before dispatching on a day to suit me.
After receiving the bike which was extremely well packed, I had a few questions so I called them & again they were extremely customer focused & helpful.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.

My wife enquired regarding a purchase of a new bike in Barnstaple. Unfortunately the one she liked wasn’t in stock, but they said we can order two different sizes in, without a problem The Bike Shed phoned and informed us that the bikes have arrived.
On our second visit and tested the best suited bike we agreed to the purchase, we had a few additional purchases with the sale it was ready to collect in a couple of days. Good service and staff.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, received emails and a call to confirm order and discuss logistics. The bike works perfectly and was relatively easy to assemble. My only qualm is that I had to replace two screws on the back light box to fix it onto the bike, because the ones provided didn't screw in properly. Luckily I had screws that fit it myself. (This of course is no fault of The Bike Shed, perhaps this feedback can be sent to the bike manufacturers though.

Absolutely hopeless! Firstly after placing my order they found they didn’t have the tyre even though it was shown in stock. Then when it eventually was sent out it got lost by the courier and took many email, phone calls etc. When it did turn up there was only one tyre and I order two different ones. So they only sent out one in the first place. They then told me they didn’t have the missing tyre in stock. So why did they take my order in the first place? It took a long time to get a refund. I would be very wary about using this supplier.
