I'm not happy with paying for the £20+…
I'm not happy with paying for the £20+ for administration I really don't want the legal help @ £19 which nearly doubled my renewal fee of £90+ I didn't understand the costing until I looked at my paperwork that came this morning. Is it possible for you to refund the above amount and re issue my insurance details?

Bikesure are a really well set up company with a great app and agents who understand biking.
I called about my renewal and the service was excellent from Michael. Very knowledgeable and experienced biker himself.
