Have held multi bike policy with bike sure for 15 days. Upon selling one of the bikes which increased the premium by over £120 I was then offered an 11pence refund. Their reasoning was that I was actually only charged £48 to add the second bike and that the remaining payment was for setting up and underwriting the multibike policy. So 15 days of insurance on a 300cc motorcycle has cost me over £100.

From first enquiry to final agreement I had numerous contacts with your staff. Price choice of cover efficiency of staff all great.

Say that an email was sent with my renewal quote but I did not receive it.Quote seemed high so did a check on a comparison site and found my same insurers were quoting £25 cheaper.
Rang Bikesure to be given cometely spurious reasons why the quote was higher e.g.MOT identified that I had done more miles than I insured for. The bike is a classic and therefore does not require an MOT!
They agreed to give me some discount and am still waiting for a refund.Not happy with Bikesure at all
Will be looking else where next year.

I'm not happy with paying for the £20+ for administration I really don't want the legal help @ £19 which nearly doubled my renewal fee of £90+ I didn't understand the costing until I looked at my paperwork that came this morning. Is it possible for you to refund the above amount and re issue my insurance details?
