I took my cbt in here with Stev. He’s an amazing instructor! Really recommend this driving school - honest price for professional help

Professional, friendly and a fun CBT retake!

Today I went to renew my cbt training at bikewise 34A Central Road, Parque Worcester KT4 8HZ I did not pass because the instructor was rude and discriminated me
I did not get a certificate the instructor supended me,
I am 54 years old I have full uk driving licence and a 4 years of cbt, never had an accident. long time I renew my cbt certificate each 2 years I never had problems before! at others trainings so I have experience ride my motorbike in UK and in my country.
How an instructor how an instructor threw me away

I never had any problem before.

Last month I found this training at google browser.

In the training he stopped me after 2 hours he sent me back to the office I begged to him

I humiliated me for him like a guilty. I have a suspicious he had rush to go to another place also for this reason he supended me

This time the instructor and the lady attendant.
I think she is his wife. she is arrogant and
I felt humiliated, I have got nervous so everything I did was negative to them. that was a very bad experience in my life.

I am not sure but probably there is a racial discrimination

I enjoy the day the team is amazing and really helpful .
they explain everything you need and funny in the same time , patience as well.
i will come back for do it my full drive licence .

What an excellent Day of Training. All the Staff were very Helpful, and my Teacher was very professional and experience in teaching his craft. I Will be using them again to move on and upwards to get my Motorbike License. Thank you.

Firstly I would like start my review on a cbt course I done in June 2023,my instructor was lyndon and what a great guy he was.lyndon made me feel completely at ease with great communication and instruction.a gem of a guy.
Secondly I recently done my DAS A2 on a 4 day course,
My first two days was with a instructor called Paul,he was very knowledgeable and fun to be with and very Easy to talk too,what a lovely guy,my 3rd and 4th day was with a different instructor again a very knowledgeable instructor but not to my liking communication not as good as my first two days.i took my test on the 4th day and unfortunately didn't pass,no fault but myself, a bit guidance before my test would maybe have given me a little reassurance.

I attended a CBT (renewal) course at Bikewize on Sept 16th and I am sorry to say it was a very unpleasant experience. I am 55 years old, have been riding my scooter on a daily basis in central London for the past 15 years, I have never had an accident (touch wood) and consider myself a safe and a good rider. However, from the get-go of my "experienced CBT course" I was reprimanded and spoken to as if I was a naughty 4 year old. The instructor was rude, aggressive and extremely negative the entire time. I was doing the CBT with another man, of the same age and also an experienced rider, and on numerous occasions during the two hour riding session we were demanded to stop and park our bikes, get off and walk towards our instructor so he could reprimand us! This is unacceptable behaviour in a training environment. I have called the BikeWize's offices twice to file this complaint and clearly customer service is not their priority as I am yet to receive a response - hence why I am now writing this review.

The training was very good, dynamic and complete, and the instructors are very professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. one hundred percent recommended.

The instructors were incredible! Both Elliot and Lyndon kept things simple, were super positive and kept the day fun and informative! Definitely going back there to do my full bike licence

i’ve completed my CBT and gear upgrade here and cannot recommend bikewize enough! the instructors are so nice, helpful and understanding, great guys to have a laugh with too. my instructor steve was so lovely and very helpful with the gear upgrade and any questions i asked were answered. any mistakes i made were tackled with constructive criticism and i felt at ease which was great as a first time rider. overall amazing team, very friendly, and very glad i booked both course here and will no doubt be back for DAS. thank you so much!

Brilliant training, really informative and gave me all the knowledge and confidence to get out on the roads safely. Highly recommend using Bikewise! Hoping to be back soon to get my full licence.

Completed my CBT, manual upgrade and most recently my DAS with Bikewize. Excellent service and first class instruction ment I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 within 5 days and at the first time of trying.
