Purchased a Yamasaki ym50 from biking direct. Initially it was okay until the bike started having issues. Clutch problems, oil problems, display light problems… the list goes on. As a brand new bike I expected the warranty to cover it however biking direct wanted nothing to do with it… they tried to tell me that they only offered a parts warranty and for me to get the parts that I needed from the warranty, they had to inspect the bike first which would cost over £200 for pickup and drop off. Very unhelpful and disappointing considering I happily put over 3 grand in their pocket for the bike aswell as my trust in them to help out when issues appeared. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I also had agreed to purchase the derestricted ecu from them. After everything was agreed, they then later came back and told me that they wouldn’t give me it until I had 200 miles on the clock and proof of first service

My bike wasn't In stock and I had an email straight away reassuring me about what is going on and got put on pre order. No issues at all with buying a new xpulse 200 over the phone ,great communication and the bike arrived on the day it was promised.

Just purchased my sons first bike Yamimoto-ty125. Jack was absolutely fantastic in every aspect from helping me choose the right one for my son who has a damaged hand, through to the purchase and always keeping me updated on the delivery, he's really helpful, polite and friendly. Just delivered about an hour ago and the bike is perfect. I would highly recommend Biking Direct to anyone who is looking for a motorbike.

Awful company I would have given 0 stars if it let me. Sold me an electric bike costing over 3k and it arrived not working. Company wouldn’t help me for months and months and then finally asked me to send it back for them to look at it for them to then not refund me, the kept the bike and are now ignoring me. I will be taking them to court to get my money back. I’ve emailed, called and written a letter to them and they are still not refunding or replying
