Incredible Service
Bow Wow always excels in prompt, reliable customer service. From the moment my claim is received I am notified that they are in receipt of my claim and will notify me again when it has been processed and finalised. Communication couldn't be better. Highly recommend Bow Wow Pet Insurance.

Love the gap payment option
The gap payment option makes vet care for my pet so much more accessible for me. Between the vet staff being so efficient with their submission of the claims, and Bow Wow Meow being so efficient in dealing with them; I can just focus on looking after my beloved pet.

Bow Wow Meow is Best
Since taking out Bow Wow Meow insurance about 2 years ago for Maggie I have been impressed with the efficient way claims are handled, the level of communication I receive and the very personal and supportive way I have been treated by all the staff I have had dealings with.

Easy to submit the claim in the online portal. It's easy to fill the application form and the wait time is reasonably short. The payment is very quick.

These guys are amazing
I wasn't sure at first about bow wow meow pet insurance but friends said to go for it so I did and I am so glad and grateful they did and i did. Skye was looked after very well and the pet insurance was amazing, i only had to cover the gap while they covered the rest which was around 90% of the bill , which was more than I expected. these days it's hard to pay for everything else and than also try and come up with the money to pay your your furbaby as well , if anyone is looking for a pet insurance that helps and cares and looks out for your animals these guys are definitely the one ... thank you so much guys, you were a life saver :)

I was pleasantly surprised that you actually paid the full amount and I was out of pocket very little….. this is the first time
I ever had Pet insurance always thought the amount was so expensive but after this I saved hundreds already so Thank You, for actually making being insured fair. You read so many horrible stories of companies not there for clients when they need it the most. I was very stressed about it since I am also on a low fixed income. But you made me feel confident I did the right thing to insure my 1 year old Standard Poodle 🐩 . Thank you I really hope the future experiences are the same.

Phone customer service is shocking and…
Phone customer service is shocking and a waste of time. I had to repeat why I was calling numerous times because the guy wasn't listening to me. On top of that, after being clear from the start that the policy was under my partners name, after making me spell out my full first name and last name he tells me he can't provide any details to me because im not the policy holder.
