Very quick pain free refund / easy
The vet had my vet bill submitted straight away - no time lag - easy efficient and l got my refund straight into my account ! I actually was very pleased as we had had a stressful time ( good result) re our kitty . Thank you , such a good admin at this pet insurance.

Maude the Douge De Bordaeux
Bow Wow Meow were amazing processing gap payment at our vet after our 8-Month-old Douge De Bordaeux Maude ate a tile spacer and required surgery to remove it, great work by Bow Wow Meow and Pacific vets, Maude is home and happy, thank you excellent service.

I wasn't expecting to get anything back…
I wasn't expecting to get anything back for Taco's emergency visit to the vet but was thrilled to get back all but $80. It was such a relief and I won't hesitate taking her next time knowing she's covered.

I can not fault bow wow meow pet insurance for the service they bring to our fur babies they don't muck around when your pets have any health issues they are right there I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into it for there beloved fur babies

A terrible waste of money
A terrible waste of money! We have been paying large premiums (that go up huge amounts each year!) for many months but every time we claim they find a reason not to pay. It’s totally not worth the money. Save the dollars instead towards your pet’s care.

6 years for what?!
Have been with them for almost 6 years but decided to cancel today after finding out a routine ear clean and allergy medication for my French Bulldog were not covered. I made sure all three of my animals were covered under the Major Medical Plan to (allegedly) cover any and all scenarios. I’ve paid approximately $15k in premiums in these 6 years and only ever made 2 claims (for the French Bulldog). One, they had paid out 80% of a costly bill but the other they shelled out a measly $60 only for the vaccinations, not the ear surgery.
Have lost all hope in any pet insurance company as this was ‘supposed to be the best’. Would rather save the money myself.
