Fast claim processing through gap pay
With the ability to gap pay with my vet, the claim through Bow Wow Meow was processed within a few minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I was actually out of pocket.

Very happy with the cover provided
Very happy with the cover provided. They are fast to process claims and the little added ID Card and dog charm is a nice touch. I will be moving my other dog to the same cover.

Great value for money and peace of mind
Smooth and hassle free experience. I had to do very minimum to get full value and benefit of my pup insurance. I submitted the procedure estimate with Bow Wow Meow tame and got the preapproval right next day. After that my vet and Bow Wow Meow took care of the whole financial side I just had to pay the gap on the day of surgery.

No fuss
The staff at the company is helpful in answering my questions regarding the claims. I had several claims and no fuss! I was pleasantly surprised after hearing so many horror stories. Very happy with the experience!

Easy process with excellent communication.
Process to claim was easy to understand and once submitted the claim was processed very quickly and monies paid very quickly also. Very happy indeed and have recommended Bow Wow Meow to friends.

bee sting claim for Remi.
I claimed for Remi my Golden Retriever, who was treated for an allergic reaction to a bee sting and was surprised how quick the claim was settled. i think it was settled in two days. Couldn't be happier with Bow Wow Pet Insurance. i am so impressed how easy it was to make a claim through our vet.
