Took our car for it's first service at Bradley's in Milton Keynes.
I waited whilst it was done in a timely fashion as explained and it was fully valeted.
First class 'service'!

I purchased an ex-demonstrator Mazda3 Exclusive Line at the end of February 2024 from Brayleys at Milton Keynes. I was looking for exactly that year, make, model, colour, and low mileage. I saw it online on the Autotrader website and it was by far the cheapest (by over two thousand pounds) of 3 or 4 that matched my requirements. It had the lowest mileage of only 1402 miles. I rang to enquire about it and I spoke to Jason, who was very helpful and answered all my questions about the car. Initially, I warmed to Jason who came across as being helpful, honest and not pushy like some salesmen I have dealt with in the past. I told him I would have a chat with my wife and get back to him. To be honest, I couldn't really believe the price and deal for what Jason had confirmed was a near mint condition 5-month-old car. The only reason I didn't immediately buy it was that I thought something must be wrong with it as it was so cheap. A few days later I rang to confirm the purchase and paid a deposit. Jason said he would pick me up from the station if I gave him the train details. I paid the balance online another few days later and went down on the train from Wigan to MK on 5th March. As agreed, Jason was there to meet me and took me directly to the car. I was so pleased when I saw it. It was in mint condition and it was gleaming. It just looked like it was brand new. Inside was the same. Jason had ensured every inch of the car was spotless. As a bonus, there was a set of Mazda3 car mats in, the car had had it's first-year service and it had a full tank of petrol. Jason spent time to explain the things that were different from my previous (5-year-old) Mazda3. He set up my phone on Android auto which I hadn't experience. Then, we went inside and had a coffee, completed the paperwork / taxed the car and I drove home. I can't praise Jason enough. He is a credit to Brayleys. I would definitely recommend Brayleys and Jason to anyone looking for a new or near-new Mazda. I love the car and still can't believe how great my experience with Jason and Brayleys was and also the price I paid. I'll definitely be going there again for future car purchases. Thank you.

Just received SIX ads from them for an upcoming VIP event but not a single human response from two emails asking for a price for a service. I know they received the emails as an auto reply said so and that they were being sent on to the service group in Milton Keynes. This lot just want to sell cars and then forget you. The Northampton dealer can have my business.

Added after the reply: Needless to say no one bothered to contact me: that was just a ploy on their part to make other customers think they are responsive.

Just an absolute nightmare and I will not be buying another car from Dacia which is such a disappointment as we have had quite a few cars from here.....being told that a gear box failure could be possibly due to wear and tear on a 2022 plate ! When it's a know fault in Dacia judging by all the forums. No contact from any one when I broke down RCA Dacia assistance was even more shocking ! Sending a van with two seats to recover me and my two children only the be told he couldn't do anything. Arranged with RAC assist to put my vehicle on a low loader, the next day. Me and my children had to get a train home. The low loader apparently couldn't find my vehicle despite the fact there is only one road through the village I was broken down in. More phone calls, more apologies, more excuesses and still no action my car was still there up until yesterday afternoon. My vehicle has now been broken down and abandoned for 6 days shocking..My father has to call the RAC assist again and rearrange the collection with force in the end as it was getting ridiculous. I went on holiday leaving my family in charge of this whole sh#! Show. I'm fuming

Excellent experience! We met with Joe to discuss our next motability car, he was extremely helpful and polite! Joe answered any questions we had and he was very informative!

Walked into the dealership on a Sunday mid morning (probably the busiest day I could go)

Staff were very good and took the time to talk to us about what we wanted, were extremely knowledgeable, offered us lots of options and made me feel at ease.

I'd say that within 5 minutes I knew that I would be we buying my car from them and that I had 100% trust in them.

In particular I would single out Tony as being a superstar from the first few seconds we spoke to him right up to the end us dealing with him.

I always use the main dealer. I always thought they would be more expensive, but I've found the costs reasonable. For a small fee they will collect and return your car which saves hanging around. My last 2 cars have been bought from Brayley.

Amazing experience at Dacia, Milton Keynes. My husband and I went in on Saturday to enquire about a new car and our options and was greeted by a very friendly, professional salesman Tony. We were in the showroom for some time discussing many options and we were not rushed at all. Tea and coffee was made for us. Perfect cup of tea!! Today, we have gone back to pick up my new car. Again, tea was waiting for us for our arrival. Tony was excellent from the moment we met him, until the moment I drove off the forecourt today. Nothing was a silly question, paperwork was completed with a very professional, simple and caring nature. Tony was excellent. I would highly recommend taking a visit to Dacia if you are interested in swapping your car!!!

No problem with service but was let down by freezing pipes so car could not be cleaned.

Joe was very helpful when we went to look, test drive and eventually sign an agreement for a new car. We didn’t feel at all rushed, he explained everything clearly and was very personable and friendly. Never had a bad experience dealing with Brayleys.

We were treated with friendly courtesy and felt confident that Tony was providing us with honest advice. So much so that we decided to close the deal on our first visit.

After years of avoiding main dealerships for the servicing and MOT of my Dacia, believing them to be far more expensive than independent garages, imagine my surprise when every single aspect of my experience with Brayley's, including the pricing, along with customer service, convenience, and quality, has far outstripped any garage I have visited in the last 10 years. And for a very reasonable £20, they'll collect and drop off your car too, which is a lifesaver for me during a busy work day. It's Brayley's for me every time from now on.

This was the first service carried out under my contract plan with Brayley Dacia Mk. The work was carried out in a very professional and timely manner and the car being washed was much appreciated. My only criticism is that I found when initiating the original booking it was difficult
to get through to the service dept , if I had not encountered this problem I would have gladly given 5 stars.

Bought a second hand car from Mazda- the service was impeccable, efficient and reliable. Ben went out of his way to make sure that the process was painless and always answered any questions I had. He met all of the criteria I had for a car and the experience of buying was really good. Really recommend Mazda at Milton Keynes.
