Professional, helpful and outstanding service and staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave unbiased advice. I made an order for a car and then changed my mind to another model. This was no problem and the new car was supplied with no issues. I am really pleased with My Dacia Duster. It has plenty of room and is a pleasure to drive. I had a couple of extras fitted: spare wheel and dog bars. They took a little time to arrive however, they were fitted straight away. In short the staff are great, the cars are brilliant, the service is outstanding and the deal I got was good. I highly reccommend them.

Customer Service
The salesman, Joe Fountain was excellent explaining everything. I caught covid so couldn't pick up my car, but Joe delivered it and took my old car and he will be coming back to go through the cars functions. I couldn't have had better customer service.

Brought my car in for a service and mot booked in for am. Arrived at 8am to be told its an all day appointment and would be done by 4.30pm which is ridiculous. Car was serviced and mot done by 12.30 and invoice printed at 12.40 but still took 3hrs to call me to tell me my car was ready for collection. Not happy at all about this but why when a Car is left at 8am should it take 7.5hrs to get it returned.

We use daily bookings so that we are able to maximize our workload, which enables us to remain competitively priced. However, we have a few slots each day when bookings can be made on a 'while you wait' basis, and if you make clear when booking that you require one of these, we will accommodate if possible. The delay in contacting you was likely the result of delays in our wash bay - in future, if you are happy to forgo your car's complimentary wash, further time can be saved. Kind regards.

Danny provided 5star customer service, excellent communication and managed my expectations with the long delays in the new Dusters arrival. He provided extra support, going up and beyond what would have been expected. Thank you Danny!
It was disappointing that Dacia did not provide a formal apology, explanation or any contact during the 12 month wait. If the review was based solely on them it would be 1 star.
The car itself, so far (day 3) has exceeded my expectations!

I would recommend Brayley’s MK
This is my second time purchasing a car from Brayley’s and the process was very smooth (hence why I returned to them). Danny was my sales advisor and he was able to answer all my questions and help me get the best deal that worked for me. He was patient with me (nothing worse than a pushy salesperson in my opinion) and if I ever need to purchase a car in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Brayley’s.
