From start to finish, my experience servicing my Mazda CX-30 was seamless, speedy, and genuinely enjoyable (which is not something you say lightly about car servicing!). The entire team at the Thurrock showroom goes above and beyond, and it truly shows.

A special mention has to go to Danielle, who is nothing short of an absolute angel. She is consistently super helpful, warm, and professional, and without her the Thurrock branch genuinely wouldn’t be the same. She makes everything effortless and is a real credit to the business.

Alex is always personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful, the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel valued as a customer.

And Kevin also deserves huge praise for going above and beyond, delivering exceptional service with real care and attention, especially on the sales side.

Kevin at the Grays branch was excellent. My husband and I went there to obtain a car through the Motorbility Scheme his knowledge and ability made everything smooth running. Just purchased a Mazda 2 Hybrid at Brayleys Thurrock via Kevin Sperrin who has been working so hard to ensure everything was perfect for the pick up time today...including a very thoughtful touch of a sign with my name on it saying I am the new owner coming to collect it which was something I've never seen before and was a great moment. The team.at Brayleys Grays are very professional and made me feel very confident and safe when buying the vehicle which is also perfect for my needs as Kevin listened to my list of wants from a new car and matched this mazda to them perfectly! 10 out of 10 I will always use this showroom and have done for many years. They picked up my car for a serviced and MOT and then delivered it back to me, excellent service.

Seamless service provided by Brayleys. Received a phone call as a reminder that my service was due. Booked in and checked in using the online service email received prior to my appointment. On the day I was kept informed of my vehicles progress along with being notified once it was completed. On collection my car had been cleaned. I was sat down and all the paperwork including costs were fully explained including any advisories. Can’t fault the service supplied again

Quality of the service decreased compared to las year was not cleaned inside and outside after full service and mot . Bit disappointed.

Visited Brayleys Thurrock (Honda Service Center) recently and upon collection, immediately noticed car had been damaged very badly (scratches and front body work damaged)

Contacted the garage immediately whilst I was there and also contacted head office and experienced extremely poor customer service.

Matter still unresolved and I am left with a damaged car. Avoid at all costs.

Service was excellent and completed in good time. Procedures and outcomes explained by friendly staff. All good and would highly recommend.

Kevin's car-buying experience was the best by far! He had a very laid-back and sincere feeling, not at all like a pushy salesman. Without making me feel hurried or under pressure, he helped me find the ideal fit by taking the time to truly listen to what I needed. The entire procedure seemed simple and completely open. I have always found Brayley’s reliable and always get good service from them. On this occasion, since no longer being a sales company for Mazda (now a service centre), I had the feeling that there was more emphasis on upselling which I have not experienced before in the 5 years since I purchased my car from them.

Kevin was a pleasure to interact with. He is warm, friendly and professional. The vehicle was as described, however I did request a full description (as the garage is far from where I live) of the vehicle's specification on a couple of occasions but this was not provided. Thankfully, upon inspection the car had everything that I was looking for.
