I had preordered the Broad Sword.
Everything about the experience was fantastic! Jay’s communication was always friendly and on point.

When it came time to pick up the piece, well, another piece caught my wife’s eye.

We were treated so well, I came away with the black and silver Broadsword and my wife now has the bronze Sotek.

So very good!

My first visit to Bremont's NYC boutique was fantastic. A beautiful space, plentiful selection of pieces, and an absolute joy of a staff. My friends and I were greeted by Stephanie at the door, and were shown several pieces as well as treated to a wealth of information and a takeaway booklet. Highly recommended watch maker and boutique!

Stephanie is the most responsive, generous, funny, kind, and diligent person I've come across in the watch world!

The service was via the Bremont website which was so easy to use. The quality of the Broadsword Recon is stunning. A present to myself and so very worth it. Thank you Bremont.

I needed some help with two Bremonts I recently acquired. I reached out to them over the internet and was fortunate to have Allison respond. She quickly answered my questions, provided some expert advice and (shockingly) provided a user manual for one of my pieces. I was stunned, to say the least. It speaks volumes about the company; not only do they build an amazing product but employees like Allison represent a commitment to their customers far beyond what is more commonly seen, especially in the US. Bremont is fortunate to have Allison and they can count me as a client for life.

Went on a visit to bremont as a work training experience and without question it was a fantastic experience, Emily was exceptional in her delivery of the power point presentation, nev held the experience together introducing samples of the watches and talking about them as they were being passed around to view, and luke and Tom were excellent with their knowledge as we did a tour of the manufacturing and assembly parts of the building. All in all a great day thank you

Really informative trip, learnt loads about the history of the brand as well as the inner workings of the watches and had a great time! Definitely recommend paying a visit. Shoutout to Nev, Emily Luke and Tom for looking after us and answering all our questions, will hopefully be back!

An absolutely fantastic day visiting the Wing where we were hosted by Nev and Tom. The day is hugely informative and goes into the history of watch making in the uk and its influence. After that you see the history of the company, the stories and people that have influenced the design and production process. There is good humour shared stories and the other guests were all good people. What it’s not is a hard sell for Bremont. You know the facts and the story and you make your own mind up. Other brands were celebrated and championed. If you are interested in precision time pieces it’s a great day. Thank you all so much. Ant

The staff at the Royal Exchange boutique have been fabulous and gone above and beyond to make me feel a valued customer. Little things they did, really made my day. I had an issue with the crown on my MBII and this was swiftly resolved by the Mayfair boutique and also came back with a spare barrel, which I was delighted with. Also had some sizing issues with the straps I had, and the gents at the Royal Exchange were just fabulous. They agreed to replace FOC, on one occasion, even let have a free strap as a goodwill gesture + a service box. Very impressed.

This was a once in a lifetime purchase for a military / Special Projects timepiece. From the initial enquiry, MOD approval and confirmation, ordering, payment process and eventual shipping and receiving the watch .. Bremont were first class. When you realise how their operation works then this bespoke and hand built watch was well worth the wait. Something worth saving for, enjoying and handing down to my family. My utmost thanks to ALL the team at Bremont. Outstanding. BZ :)

Long story short, I lost a springbar changing my NATO over, back to bracelet on my Alt-1P.
Got in touch with Allison at customer service, lo & behold 2 days later I have a lovely little canvas bag containing 2 sets of springbars, 1 straight, the other curved.
It doesn't get much better customer-service wise in this day & age.
Exemplary service.

Stephanie in the NY boutique was excellent and worked assiduously to explain the watches and their details and provided a great customer experience. She was knowledgeable, upbeat, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated her offer to take the extra step of mailing me the watch via Fedex that day. Great experience overall.

I recently ordered a replacement strap for my Bremont, unfortunately the shipping to Portugal had some problems with customs and ended up being returned.

Even though this was no fault of Bremont, Gemma and the customer service team Chloe, Allison, and Ilze all rallied and had a new strap sent to me within days at no extra cost.

A wonderful service from a great brand. Well done!
