Just purchased a Bremont watch from the Bluewater Boutique, Dartford.
From entering the store to the final purchase, the first class treatment that both my wife and I have received from the wonderful brand ambassador's, Richard & Manisha was both memorable & pleasurable.
We left the store wanting to return at some point just to say hello again!

Long story short.. FedEx lost my Bremont as I was sending it to get serviced.

Bremont then made sure I had a brand new replacement on my wrist within a week after it was clear my original watch had been stolen or lost.

I cant thank the team at Bremont enough.

Purchased my Bremont e type limited edition watch today from blue water boutique. The service was fantastic. They know the company history and they know the products so well. My wife and i were made to feel very special and we left the shop with a big smile on our faces. I can not thank them enough for looking after us

From our very first dealing with the wonderful staff in the Manchester store I know we would be making a purchase, all we had to do was narrow down our ‘want list’ from all their beautiful pieces. The level of customer service from every member of staff we dealt with was outstanding. We were invited to attend launch parties and festive events and were greeted like long time friends by everyone from the Manchester store staff all the way up to the CEOs.

We genuinely feel that they deliver customer service to a level so rarely seen nowadays and we are so pleased that we made the decision to purchase one of their pieces. We’ll absolutely be back for more.

So glad they have a Manchester store so I can see these watches first hand. Staff were so knowledgeable. Recommend dropping in for the experience

I worked for the company on 03 March 2022 through a recruitment agency called Hap because they had a event where they released a new watch in their Manchester branch. Put simply, I was an external customer and the experience was poor. Staff are treated so poorly and the company does not pay you for the hours you actually work. I accuse them of human exploitation and modern-day slavery. I advise others not to shop here and spend your money elsewhere, at least you could get better quality.

I bought a special edition military Broadsword watch, that was delivered in late September last year. After 6 weeks of daily wearing I sent it back as it was losing time. While all correspondence was polite, promised return dates were not kept to, but it came back eventually, I have to say very well packaged. I noticed after a few days however that it was now gaining time - three minutes a day - and once again sent it back. The service department has just advised me that it has become magnetised by my leaving it near a strong magnetic source, which is odd as when I am not wearing it, it sits on a glass and wood desk. I am now waiting on its return in 2 to 3 weeks while QC work is carried out. So, having paid out for a £2500 retail watch that I have worn for 8 weeks out of the last five months, I will revert to my excellent at timekeeping Casio watch while I wait for my 'beautifully crafted of excellent quality' watch to again be returned to me.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Wing in September and was treated to a tour, then a full run down of all time pieces in the range. Even briefly saw Nick. I now know what I want next to add to my collection.

I already own two Bremont pieces, an Airco and a Supermarine. Both made to an exceptionally high standard and suit any occasion. I love the brand, and their products are exceptional.

I have a Bremont Argonaut which I couldn't be more happy with. Until my dog chewed the strap that is. Customer services were incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to get things sorted. Well done Bremont, exceptional watches, exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service I bought a second hand Bremont 1918 limited edition which unfortunately was not complete, Bremont helped me make it a full set again and I’m over the moon with the watch.

I bought a world timer ALTI-WT watch in blue with leather strap which is just gorgeous. Bremont is a classic, high-quality British brand that I love, with high-spec English manufacturing.
One caution - their Fawley wall clock is made in China at almost £700. Really? Come on Bremont, you can do better than that.

My Bremont gold watch is exquisite. My one gripe with it is the I feel that a gold watch should have a completely gold case. I appreciate Bremont's TripTik case, but the three layers are made of anodised steel and not gold. The lugs, top and back of the case are indeed solid gold and beautifully done. Nonetheless, a great watch, and the customer service has, so far, been superb.

Customer service like it used to be, and should still be.
Whether dealing with them by email, on the phone or in their Mayfair boutique they have always been incredibly professional.
High quality products backed up by a high quality team.
