My experience with Buddy Allen was terrific. Everything promised was delivered and the service was exceptional. I will definitely use these guys again when it's time for another project.

My entire experience with Buddy Allen Carpet One Flooring was so positive from beginning to end. Judson Allen was very informative and helpful. He made sure that I was aware of all of my choices.
The team of Brystal and Jerry, who laid down the floor, worked so hard. They were thorough and precise in everything they did. They also laid out examples of all the possibilities of design that I could choose from.
I highly recommend this company!

Buddy Allen Carpet One did a great job helping us pick out our flooring. The installers were wonderful. I would highly recommend them! We have a pool table and they moved it around to put the flooring down without having to take the pool table apart. We used them 20 years ago and in 2018 also and they deliver quality work.

Working with Buddy Allen Carpet and in particular, the salesperson Emory, was a delight. Emory provided superb customer service. He followed up with me directly after installation and followed up with me again a few weeks after installation to make sure I was still satisfied. I will refer Buddy Allen and Emory to anyone looking for a good flooring company. Furthermore, we are very happy with the quality of the flooring. The installation process was smooth and the workers were professional.

Great carpet and install! From the sales rep, Emory, to the installers, Dustin and Doug, the install was easy. Emory brought the carpet to me to chose. Came back for my choice and signature. The installers showed on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. I was worried about my freshly painted walls and told them. They took their time with moving things and did not hit any. I still can’t get over how fast they were. I would highly recommend!

Great experience, salesman Emory Kincaid did an excellent job of determining our needs and supplying the solution, the instillation was quick and very professional done, I would highly recommend the Buddy Allen team.

Julie Smiertka, designer who came to our home, was most helpful in the selection of the flooring needs. We sought an upscale vinyl for the kitchen area which is preferred for cleanliness as well as comfort. We chose the Mannington luxury sheet vinyl with support of Julie’s professional assist.
Thanks for the folllow up support on the install as well, the team did well.

Excellent service, quality and professional work. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn’t want. I was able to take several samples with me to my home to ensure that what I was paying for was what I wanted. The men who came to my home to install the product were very professional, timely, communicated and didn’t charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask. They have def. met and gone above what I expected! You may pay a little more, but the end product is worth it!

I had cancelled Empire Carpet to do the work. Their price was less,but they failed in every aspect. They did not deliver on any promise made. Each time I had to contact them to find out status of my job. Failed to be on time with install date, and then missed a second install date. a third time was offered which would have been a further delay over a week out. I switched to Buddy Allen and it was one of the best carpet experiences I have ever had. Emory was professional and his measurements were exact. Carpet was cut before it arrived on site. The two installers, Dustin and Doug were courteous and careful not to mess up my newly painted walls and baseboards. Job was done in a timely fashion and I would highly recommend Buddy Allen to anyone who is considering new carpet or flooring. Cost was more, but well worth it.

Larry and Roger were complete professionals. Worked steady and hard to get everything done. The carpet looks great. Emory also followed up throughout the process which was appreciated.

Shopped around looking at price but more importantly focused on the value for the money of the installed product .
Judson and his team were patient and experts in carpet . Plenty of choices of material as compared to their many competitors while the installation was well done and professional. Asked them to come back for some minor installation fix ups a month after and they were happy do it.
I'd have no hesitation buying from Judson and his team again!

I would recommend buddy Allen flooring to anyone! I worked with Emory and he was professional and very helpful and gave me updates throughout the whole process which I appreciated. The install was prompt and the two gentlemen who installed the carpets were wonderful! I am 100% pleased with my experience and outcome.
