Buddy Allen Carpet was the best experience in buying carpet and having it installed. They came to my house with samples so I could pick the right color for each room. The installers were awesome, I have large and heavy furniture and they had no problems moving and putting it back in their place. I couldn't believe it!

After receiving several quotes from large companies advertising unbeatable sales, I still hadn't found the flooring, price, or service that I was seeking. With a recommendation from a colleague, I stopped into Buddy Allen Carpet One.The selection was amazing! The prices were even better! The customer service was out of this world! My town home looks brand new with the laminate flooring installation on the main floor. The carpet upstairs is so plush I take my socks & shoes off just to feel the comfort. I had a great experience with Julie Smiertka. She replied to my emails very quickly (even during the weekend) and came to our house with everything needed to easily pick the floors I wanted. I needed my room done asap and Buddy Allen Carpet One got the job done with no issues and on the time line that worked for my family. Before we had a room that wasn't functional at all and their Coretech Luxury Vinyl Planks transformed the room into a great area for our whole family. I will definitely recommend them to friends!

I really like CarpetOne independently operated stores. This is the second time I have hired CarpetOne to install floors in my home and Julie at Buddy Allen made it so easy for me. She is a talented interior designer and went out of her way to help me make good design choices in my flooring. She helped me choose a great carpet product that was discounted at the time. She saved me hundreds of dollars on carpet and then pointed me right to the best vinyl flooring design for my kitchen. I chose Lees carpet and Mannington luxury vinyl flooring. I had a last minute tight installation schedule and Julie made sure the installers met my timeline. The installers were very nice and are hard working people who took pride in their work. I trusted them to get it all done while I was away and they did a fine job. I would definitely use Buddy Allen CarpetOne again if another project comes up.

Great selection of products, great assistance in final choice from Emery, the salesperson, and in the end, a perfect new kitchen floor. I had one little quibble about the color of some base shoe-molding, and it was replaced promptly with a smile, and no extra cost. Very pleased!

I recently shopped for hardwood to replace the worn carpet in our master bedroom and two master closets. I also shopped for a replacement for the custom rug in the living room.
Carpet One installed all the original flooring when our home was built 9 years ago. I did my home work and compared Carpet One to 2 other reputable sources in the area. While price was comparable the services offered by Carpet One far exceeded the others. The custom rug and runner that was cut and bound for my spaces turned out beautifully.
They were able to locate my original hardwood color that was installed in other areas of the home. The installers did an outstanding job of blending the new wood with the existing wood. I'm very pleased with the finished look.
They moved and replaced all the furniture and great care was taken with these items.
My sales contact, Emory Kincaid, was excellent to work with. He was very patient and worked closely with me to help me select the best color choices for my project. I never felt rushed or that I was on anyones schedule but my own. When the project was completed all the old carpet was hauled away and follow up was done to make sure I was pleased with the results.
Quite honestly, I was dreading this project, but Carpet One made it a much more pleasant experience than I ever anticipated.
I'm very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend Carpet One for your flooring needs.
I have another project that I will be doing in the months to come and I will use Carpet One.

We recently installed Adura Luxury Vinyl tile in our kitchen and laundry room. We are pleased with the results and the excellent workmanship that went into the installation. Emory was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what tile would look best in our kitchen which was a bit overwhelming considering all the options available. Emory and his work crew were professional, punctual and detail oriented. Based on our positive experience, we would definitely recommend Buddy Allen Carpet One.

Great experience from the sales to installation. Emory on the sales side was very accommodating because I quoted the carpet about 100 different ways and was super nice and friendly about it. The installers worked quickly and did a great job moving the furniture. I would totally recommend and would use them again.

Emory was amazing from the start! He brought samples to me, offered expert knowledge on quality, color and what would work best for my crazy household! The installers took great care in making sure new floors were installed beautifully and efficiently! I was blown away at the look and quality! My expectations were definitely exceeded. Great service and work by Buddy Allen! Julie was quick to respond when we inquired about getting new carpet. She came out the next day and within 2 weeks we had beautiful new carpet installed! The installation crew was thorough and excellent as well. Such a great experience- we will definitely be using Buddy Allen, and specifically Julie, for all our carpet and flooring needs!

We LOVE our new floors! They are so much better then the dark ones we previously had, they showed everything! With the expert advice and guidance that Buddy Allen Carpets One gave us they helped us choose this floor.

It was a little slow at first because they stay very busy. Once they started it was done right and wood and carpet look awesome.

Finally could replace my hated contractors beige carpet. Got a beautiful pale grey that I love. The installation was don!e ahead of the promised time frame. It was done quickly , professionally and courteously.

From beginning to end our experience with Buddy Allen was great. We found the process of picking out the flooring and getting an estimate was low key with no pressure to sign a contract. Judson Allen was great he was informative and honest about the products and he did not try to upsale with a more expensive flooring.
The installers did a fantastic job. They were professional in every way and worked efficiently over the 3 days it took to install our flooring. The flooring itself is beautiful and completely changed the way our home looked.
I would not hesitate to to recommend Buddy Allen to family and friends. My adivice to anyone considering having new flooring put in their home is before you buy from a discount or big box store talk to Buddy Allen . I think you will be happy you did.

We were living with threadbare carpet in our sunroom that had almost no padding. Went to Buddy Allen and Emery Kincaid was so nice to help us pick out beautiful carpet that is also pet friendly and was ON SALE! We're really enjoying it cuz we live in the sunroom and love how soft it feels to bare feet. Great company and Emery is a great guy!
