Got what I paid for. Great products and excellence service. The installers helped with moving furniture, cleaned up, when they were done and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left. I am totally pleased with the work that was done, thanks.

Can't say enough good things about them, due to other contractors not being on schedule, and then a room flooding in my house. I had to reschedule twice, Emory worked with me both times, even sent a nice card.
The installers (Larry and Roger), did very nice work, and the clean up they do after tearing out your old carpet is absolutely worth it.
I'll use them every time I need flooring done.

we went Buddy allen pick the carpet two weeks later they can to put it in they take out the old carpet i go out to the truck to see if its the wright carpet we order it was the wrong color we schedule appointments for sept 1 afternoon they didn't show and now they are coming sept 5 morning i hope

Emory Kincaid and his crew were excellent to work with on my flooring projects. Emory is very knowledgeable which was key in the decision making process. He used your need and evaluated my usage situatioin to narrow down the best options available.

Emory Kincaid was excellent to work with. He came to our home to measure in a timely fashion. We talked several times by phone and he was so helpful in trying to choose a match to the wood flooring I already had. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ronnie and his crew was exceptional. They finished the job in two days installing 3 bedrooms and a rec room. They were neat, replaced the furniture and cleaned the floors. I will definitely use Buddy Allen again to buy area rugs for my wood floors.

Buddy Allen has a lot of floors to choose from and a lot of experience installing them. Emory was extremely helpful in selecting the floors - Luxury Vinyl Plank for my kitchen and dining area. Roger and Larry did a professional job installing the floor. They went above and beyond to first repair squeaks in the floor and later in caulking all the new trim and nail holes. Overall very pleased.

Excellent Experience! Emery came out to our house 3 times to make sure we got the right product for our floors. Randy and his crew did an outstanding job installing, they did the whole house in just 2 days. They also did little things, like he shaved the bottom of my bedroom door so it wouldn't scrape the new floors, and they shored up the underfloor in places where it was weak, and that wasn't included in the quote. They were friendly, and took great care with our furniture and belongings. We are so happy with the results. If I had more floors, I would definitely call them again.

My husband and I were completely pleased with the quality of the carpet and the installation. We had a good experience from the initial contact with the Buddy Allen Carpet staff to the end of the process culminating in well-installed carpet--they returned our call quickly, set up a convenient appointment, brought appropriate samples, and made measurements very efficiently. Their process moved along in a timely fashion with not any sort of glitch. We are enjoying lovely new carpet.
