It is easy to deliver superb service when no mistakes are made. The difference is when a mistake and how a company responds! Emory and the staff made an honey mistake when measuring the square footage of my house. It happened over the holiday season when people are with their families and friends. The issue was resolved with expedience and the service delivered was above expectations! This is how you gain a customer for life! Thank you again!

They worked around my schedule, they were prompt with my requests, they quickly and accurately measured my home, and even accommodated a last minute addition. Their customer service is excellent, even bringing me more samples to my workplace because I couldn't make a decision. The certified installers were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The carpet is great quality, with a soft cushy waterproof padding and they did an anti-bacterial treatment before laying the carpet. I also received a carpet cleaning kit and an awesome warranty. There's not one negative thing I could say about my experience with them. They are a top notch company!

From the moment I contacted Buddy Allen Carpet One, I received excellent service. This is the second time I've used them and I will always trust my flooring needs to Buddy Allen. They stayed in touch with me during the entire process, was on time and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and the color. The installers were amazing.! There was so much going on at my house the day the carpet was installed, new furniture was coming in while I was hauling off loads of stuff and old furniture, it was just crazy. My home is tiny and the installers had to move lots of big heavy furniture around while all of this was going on. The installers were so polite and accommodating while always remaining calm and professional... They did a fantastic job and when they finished the job everything was back in place looking beautiful!

Over the years we have used Buddy Allen Flooring for at least 6 jobs at our current house. These included carpeting, vinyl and hardwood installation as well as restoration. We recently bought a 60 year old house and are fully restoring it before moving.
We did not even consider using anyone else. I am sure UI could have found a cheaper flooring company, but I have always found B.A.F. to be very reasonable and quality work was most important. This is the largest single project for us and flooring. Every single square inch of 2,500 square feet was worked on. Much of it restoring of hardwoods, but also vinyl in bathes and a new type of new hardwood installation.
Since we were using such a variety of products, I fully expected to need to deal with more than one "expert." Thankfully this was not the case. Mr. Emory Kinkaid was the "expert" in the variety of products and was the only person we dealt with other the the installers.
The job was done as promised and exactly when promised. I had other contractors in and out and Buddy Allen was great about being flexible to meet the needs of others.
It is now all done and looks wonderful. I thank Emory for all his attention to detail and follw-through. I thank Buddy Allen for only providing first-class materials. I thank the installers for making the place beautiful and leaving everything in perfect condition.

I started working with Julie about a month ago, she came, measured, and gave great recommendations. She said with my dogs- Coretech would be a great option because of its resistance and it being water proof. Julie got us scheduled and installed quickly and it came out awesome. I could not be happier and will be doing the down stairs with Julie and Buddy Allen early in the new year.

I was extremely satisfied with all crews that put in my vinyl and carpet. They were courteous and very professional. Whatever I wanted them to do they did it with no question. If I had a question, they answered it. They were in no hurry to finish because they wanted it to be done right and it was. Everything was finished in the time that they told me it would be done. Also the plumber that was sent with the crew was professional as well and did his part with no hesitation.

I am also very happy with the salesman (Emory Kincaid) that came to my house with the samples. He was a tremendous help in helping me get the right colors, etc. for my house. I am very satisfied overall with Buddy Allen Flooring and I would call them again.

I worked with Emory on replacing my tile in kitchen and 3 bathrooms as well as my back splash in kitchen.
Emory helped us pick out our choices and was very patient in doing so. The whole process was smooth and the the results were amazing.

Their team will come to your house and walk through with you to help you make the best decisions. After using them for my clients, this year I used them to do an amazing grey subway tile backsplash in my kitchen! They came to my house brought samples and had it done so quickly.
