Excellent service, very quick and well made. Delivered in plenty of time for our presentation evening. Only slight disappointment was the cost of delivery on a very small parcel.

I will definitely use again. And again....
What an amazing company, staff team and value for money products. I came into the shop placed my order but it was only when I got home that I realised I made an error. They had started printing but were happy for me to correct the mistake and start again at no extra cost. I then realised I had made another error and the customer service was superb and they waited for me to correct and then start back on my job. The final products (medals) were amazing and I was left feeling so happy. Thank you J who served me and the rest of the team who politely dealt with me and my brain fog. I will definitely use again. And again.... Juliet

Hello, we're very sorry your recent order did not arrive as promptly as previous orders. We dispatched your order on the same day you placed it but unfortunately our APC courier service let us down with this package during their busiest week of the year in the run up to Christmas. We're glad you received the order in time for Christmas, and apologise again for the delay. Kind Regards, BW Team
