Mon métier m’amène à fréquenter de nombreux hôtels en France et à l’étranger. Et, sans demander en France un service d’excellence à la japonaise, il est la moindre des attentes d’être accueilli avec politesse.

Or, l’attitude de la responsable d’établissement d’Avalon, qui m’a reçu comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles, était tout simplement dédaigneuse et sans égard vis à vis du respect des personnes. Un ou une employé(e) n’aurait pas osé s’adresser à un client avec autant de mépris en me parlant sur un ton aussi peu aimable !

Lors de mon passage au petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin, une autre personne de l’hôtel a su offrir, quant à elle, tout ce qu’un client est en droit d’attendre d’un service d’hôtellerie digne de ce nom.

This hotel will not take cash payment,so left with no drinks or room services. But the staff will take cash tips double standard. Will not stay at campanile again 😒

Ho ridato fiducia alla azienda campanile, acquistando per la 3 volta articoli on-line e per la 3^volta mi sento preso in giro.
Il 02-05-2023 ho ordinato e pagato ad oggi nessuna notizia a quando la consegna, il servizio clienti con tinua a rispondere termini non rispettati.
I tempi di consegna continuano ad essere indefiniti e le risposte alla richiesta di notizie ingannevoli e non veritiere.
Esperienza negativa!!!!!

SIAMO AL BLACK OUT TOTALE, NON SANNO PIÙ COSA REPLICARE: state alla larga ed astenetevi dal fare acquisti da questo venditore, non fatevi ingannare da sporadiche ed errate consegne, talvolta pilotate e con prodotti antiquati!
Stiamo parlando di un'azienda tecnicamente in default che, nonostante si finanzi a tasso zero, accumula risorse sottraendole fraudolentemente agli acquirenti! Ma vi sembra possibile che non consegnino le scarpe ad oltre 4 mesi dal pagamento?! E la cosa grave è che l'autorità giudiziaria NON LI FERMA!!! Allora FERMIAMOLI NOI NON COMPRANDO da questi TRUFFATORI!!!!!

Shocking!!!!! Paid £54+for 1 night at the Camponile Hull. Which at the time of viewing had good reviews? Booked months in advance. The Hotel was shocking!!! Closing down!!! Was told when I asked a local for directions “I thought it had been shut down” The name Campanile wasn’t clear as all the letters had fallen off. Strong smell of herbs from the rooms available. Worse night sleep on a Saturday as woke up by emergency sirens every hour. Bed was on a slant, carpet, well just to say kept my sliders on 🤢

I accidentally booked the hotel in the wrong city, knew immediately and contacted the hotel in Birmgham Aston straight away. I use them all the time and asked if I could have a refund or even better a credit to the next booking. Very short answer was no. Not only have they lost my business, I will be encouraging all my colleagues ( who also use them for all their training delegates) to avoid them. I reckon we book about 150-200 rooms a year with them as a company. My fault for the wrong booking but it would have cost them nothing to re-let the rooms with plenty of notice. Shockingly poor service that has cost me £350, it will cost them alot more.

Une arnaque cette hôtel. Je recommande absolument pas. Climatisation qui fonctionne pas. Bref la totale

recensione fatta a Campanile il 16/05/2023 .Le scarpe sono arrivate dopo quasi 5 mesi dall'ordine effettuato,sono arrivate dopo la recensione negativa che ho fatto, a seguito di tutte quelle che in precedenza e a seguire sono state fatte da coloro che hanno avuto la stessa esperienza con questa azienda,quindi non e' una esperienza isolata o sfortunata la mia....ma una situazione che merita attenzione perche non ci si comporta cosi.La ennesima versione pre recensione era che avrebbero consegnato le scarpe a fine giugno ,dopo la recensione ,le scarpe sono arrivate in una settimana.Prodotto adeguato alle aspettative ,ma esperienza di e-commerce assolutamente da non ripetere

Très mauvais séjour dans le campanile de Lomme.
Moquette usée toile d'araignée bref ménage laissant à désirer et comble de tout pas de climatisation. Bien sur on vous le dit quand après réglé et fait un tour de la chambre vous faites une réclamation à la réception et on vous réponds "La climatisation est en panne" il fait 31° à l’extérieur et 20 à 22° dans la chambre .Après une facture de 160e pour 2 nuits je suis obligé d'acheter un ventilateur pour espérer passer la seconde nuit correctement

Worst hotel ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Campanile Marne La Vallee - Torcy - Clean and tidy, perfect for the train to Disney. The night staff were accommodating and genuinely cheerful. The hotel was not brilliant as it was only to get our heads down for the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was ok, you do get a choice. Can't say enough about the very pleasant and helpful staff.

Zwolle: bad stuk en vies, naast de zeepdispenser bij het bad helemaal vies zwart.
Wastafel vol barsten
Gordijn hangt half los
Verwarming staat dag en nacht aan en kan niet uit
Markies is stuk
Spinnenraggen
En een gore muur met schimmel?
Kapot laken
En zit geen drager op de deur naar de trap dus dat geeft regelmatig een hard klap
De pocketvering van het bed is heel erg voelbaar

The security door to the accommodation was broken so always open so being a huge security risk!

When we arrived back in the evening the lights were not working, night duty manager said he didn’t know why but refused to call anyone to fix them saying we were going to sleep soon!
We complained in the morning that we were left in the dark all night but the duty manager Cameron told us it was user error! We were made to feel we were in the wrong but they left 3 women in the dark all night!
Very basic rooms but in good location

Bij aankomst in Campanile Beaune heb ik 2 keer uitgelegd wat mijn achternaam is, geloof mij 4 letters is niet moeilijk. Vervolgens kreeg ik een sleutel met een andere achternaam, uitgelegd dat dit niet klopt maar dat werd op het pasje even overschreven en hupakee. Nadat we net lagen te slapen, met onze zoon van 10 in de kamer, ging de kamerdeur open en stond er een kerel in de kamer. Deze met wat kracht terug naar buiten geduwd van schrik. Na meermaals vragen wat de bedoeling is bleekneus de receptionist die het blijkbaar nodig vond om even te checken of we echt de verkeerde kamer hadden gekregen nadat misschien de andere gasten waren aangekomen. Ik heb hem gebeld om te controleren of hij het echt was en hij vond het zelf vrij normaal omdat hij blijkbaar ook had geklopt. Wat een aanfluiting en wat een schrik voor onze zoon die werkelijk in paniek was. Een dikke onvoldoende voor Campanile die ook niet reageert op mijn klacht en vraag om uitleg.

Absolutely awful - stay somewhere ANYWHERE else. Lumpy bed in Room 3 with springs pinging as you turn over, dodgy electrics, only half the bathroom light working. Got moved for the second night because of such a terrible night’s sleep, into the Room 1. We specifically stated concern about noise (being so close to reception) but were “GUARANTEED” that there would be no noise. We were kept awake literally all night by the noise of the door to the office banging because the staff just let it shut on its own. This I observed when I went to complain at 3.30am with staff going in and out of the office while booking someone in. This place is only getting one star because the staff we dealt with were polite. But that doesn’t mean anyone will have a decent night’s sleep here. Go somewhere else - anywhere - but not The Camponile Swindon.

Affascinanto da una accattivante pubblicità on line e dalle foto del prodotto ho fatto l'ordine per un paio di stivaletti in data 21.01.2023 e dopo ben 4 solleciti via mail a tutt'oggi nulla, sempre i 10 giorni lavorativi per ricevere il prodotto, credo che ci sia un robot nelle risposte..... Utilizzano sempre lo stesso format. Oggi ho inviato la diffida e la richiesta dei miei soldi indietro, come andrà a finire non mi è dato saperlo ma so che domani vado dalla polizia postale e dal mio avvocato. Azienda non seria, non capisco come faccia a stare nel mercato digitale dove le recessioni negative la stanno travolgendo.

Siamo in buona compagnia.. :-) le scarpe sono in fase di lavorazione e saranno spedite tra 15/20 giorni....

Stayed over for one night. The rooms were average, nothing much to complain about with them. The hotel offered a car park. Which was all privately gated with clear CCTV on entrance. During my overnight stay my car was broken into, my window was totally smashed and glass everywhere. The the only things on show that were taken were £5 (ish) in change and an iPhone wire. Although I know this can happen and you park at your own risk I was absolutely disgusted by how the staff and manager treated this situation. I spoke to the person on the desk whilst I was in absolute shock and she took my number and told me the manager would call later that day. She didn’t ask if I was okay, what had been taken or to even see the car. She said okay like it was very it was a causal question. I rang back later that night spoke to someone else, had the same reaction. Rang and spoke to someone the day after as I was wanting the CCTV. Spoke to the same person I reported it too, she said the manager said that I should just call the police. Again no sorry this happened, nothing. When I asked about having security at night she said they do have security but nothing had been reported, all though my car alarm had been going off. They did not car one bit, seems to happen all the time. I stayed at Manchester

Stayed at the Basildon Campanile in September. I paid £100 for the pleasure. The hotel is so dated and is in desperate need of renovation. The light fittings were hanging off the walls. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. The footpaths surrounding the hotel were full of potholes and extremely dangerous - especially at night. I did not feel able to rest and relax at this hotel. To add insult to injury this hotel also charged my credit card on 25th October. This trip was cancelled after the first awful experience but they still charged me and refused to refund me.

Pro's:
Hotel had lack of dust, it was breathable and smelled clean.
The staff were pleasant, and it was easy to find our way around.

Con's:
The mattress was very lumpy, and the bed so slim I was afraid to roll over at all. Same experience for all of us. Shared room had two people but not enough towels.
The room was freezing when I got in (middle of winter and someone left the window wide open).
No waste paper bin in the rooms, just tiny one in shower room?
Windows were so drafty and paper thin, could hear every car. And someone was singing until 12:30am.
No fridge for storing any food.
The bathroom light would come on only if you toggled the room and bathroom switches a few times.

I probably wouldn't stay there again.
