Spent an hour on the phone looking for…
Spent an hour on the phone looking for a motorcycle quote from someone I could barely hear or understand only to be told they wouldn't in sure me unless the bike was garaged, So if I don't have a garage I'm not allowed a bike!!! Wait for the insincere reply.

Excessive Pricing on Renewal
Ten-years-plus customer with a clean record, expected a lower premium on renewal. Biker friends paying much less than I am. Good service, but very disappointing outcome.

Motorcycle insurance amendment
I changed the bike, and wanted to move the insurance over. I rang the office , the operator was super efficient and helpful, did the changeover at no cost, and sent out,by mail, the new policy in 2 days, absolutely brilliant service.
