The young lad that sold us our phones…
The young lad that sold us our phones was very helpful polite and caring. He was exceptionally helpful. He got a chair for me as I have a disability. Very good service indeed. Also the young lad that set up our new phones for us was also extremely helpful and kind. These lads are an asset to the company

The phone was delayed in being…
The phone was delayed in being delivered to store vs the orginal commitment. When i collected it, they did not process it correctly and so did not work or activate the sim.
I had to call carphone helpline who advised me to then drive back to the store for them to process collection correctly.
