I Went to the Barnstaple store Curry's and car phone warehouse is inside and a man called Charles / Charlie was so helpful professional polite and very efficient in upgrading my new phone contract. He explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I hope you recognise these good staff as they are a credit to your company .

The staff member at carphone Warehouse Eastbourne within Currys was uninterested in my order from a week ago and supposedly next day delivery, and obviously found it boring as he said it was not on their system, and just walked off. But as I stayed there he eventually rummaged around in some drawers and produced my order, which he just plonked on the table and walked off. I wasn`t very impressed in either his service or attitude.

Your service, staff and customer service was impeccable. I needed a data only sim quickly for my car sta nav and wifi. I was on my way to Europe and had a ferry to catch. The staff were very good, knew exactly what I needed and very promptly did the transaction. It works very well abroad and at home. Thank you.
