In the Curry's, Slough. Only 1 person but not dedicated to ID. Was serving someone with a domestic appliance before me. The wait !!! Next day tried again the guy before me waited 90 minutes.

A reasonable experience. The purchase was shift and I saved 50% of my old tariff. Joining the website is a problem though. The numbers you need to set up are completely different to the ones you need. Especially if you're porting a number from another provider. Once set up its fine.

Assistance gave good customer service.

Really frustrating company to deal with. I have a faulty phone which they have taken in for repair but the only offered a basic handset with no internet or even whatsapp. I am paying for an Iphone 16 and have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for repair (manufacturers fault) but they refuse to provide a comparable replacement. Was told instore to call customer service to request a more comparable phone. Spoken to customer service 5 times so far and am waiting for a manager to call me back. Instead of calling on the provided number, they call the broken phone and leave a voicemail... Now they are not calling back. Why am I paying for a premium phone and getting nothing back?

Very helpful young man who we have seen and dealt with for the past few years. He certainly knows what he is talking about and dealt with a very rude person who didn’t like waiting and was very diplomatic in his approach.

I had to visit Car phone Warehouse four times to complete an upgrade from a phone which was "locked" to a new model. Staff were promptly available on all occasions. As an 83 year old, I was quite stressed about the situation, as,although I try to keep up with technology, when it goes wrong I am not always confident about what to do next. I felt that the staff were not sympathetic to this, not explaining things clearly, and not always giving me correct information. For example "you will need a new number". "We might be able to unlock your old phone". Without a pin this turned not to be true. In fact, I had never used a pin on the old phone.
So, please, more awareness of their customers, and try to explain things clearly using appropriate language.

Very disappointing experience with Carphone Warehouse.

I ordered an iD Mobile phone because it was advertised with next-day delivery. After waiting three days with no update, I had to contact customer services myself. I spent around 45 minutes on the phone, only to be told that the phone was actually out of stock and that they had no idea when it would be available or delivered.

What is most frustrating is that nobody contacted me to explain the delay. If the phone was out of stock, it should not have been sold with next-day delivery, or at the very least I should have been informed immediately so I could decide whether to wait or cancel my order.

Poor communication, wasted time, and a very disappointing customer experience. I expected much better.

I was upgrading my phone and getting everything updated to my new phone. Zain was excellent. Very patient with all my queries. I'm in my 70's and anxious about technology so his calmness and expertise made the whole process so much less stressful!

World class service

Had a refurbished phone…had problems from the start with it. Sent off for a week but they wouldn’t fix because there was a tiny crack in phone in the camera found out its just a factory reset, 2 minute job…if you have a MacBook (which I haven’t) too much for them to do…no customer service…have to pay 60 pound to some random shop…wont be using again
