Very disappointing experience with Carphone Warehouse.

I ordered an iD Mobile phone because it was advertised with next-day delivery. After waiting three days with no update, I had to contact customer services myself. I spent around 45 minutes on the phone, only to be told that the phone was actually out of stock and that they had no idea when it would be available or delivered.

What is most frustrating is that nobody contacted me to explain the delay. If the phone was out of stock, it should not have been sold with next-day delivery, or at the very least I should have been informed immediately so I could decide whether to wait or cancel my order.

Poor communication, wasted time, and a very disappointing customer experience. I expected much better.

I was upgrading my phone and getting everything updated to my new phone. Zain was excellent. Very patient with all my queries. I'm in my 70's and anxious about technology so his calmness and expertise made the whole process so much less stressful!

World class service

Had a refurbished phone…had problems from the start with it. Sent off for a week but they wouldn’t fix because there was a tiny crack in phone in the camera found out its just a factory reset, 2 minute job…if you have a MacBook (which I haven’t) too much for them to do…no customer service…have to pay 60 pound to some random shop…wont be using again

The staff in Curry’s at Rugby were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful, it’s so much better buying in store than online!

Brilliant advice and knowledge from Scott and Claudio, really know their stuff.

We had a problem when our phone contract ended and tried to renew, we went to the Curry's Basildon store where we initially spoke to Aden but mainly Glen, then Brad sorted everything out. They all went above and beyond helping us and would recommend them for their technical help.

Excellent staff so helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a phone

If I could leave 0 I would , negative experience I have set loads of new phones up over my life time I have never experienced anything like it went through all the usually steps the new fone iPhone 16 will not except my passcode the sane pass code I have been using for 20 years I am now locked out of my new phone ( reburb) for 8 hours on top of wish the customer service is appalling I have to take time off work to take this phone to my nearest curry’s which isn’t just around the corner , coupled with the fact I have spent money on a new cover screen saver and charger which are obsolete as I prefer to use my old phone at a fraction of the cost wow avoid at all costs
