I rang & asked a lot of questions, the guy I spoke to took all the time I wanted to give me all the info & advice I needed. I went away, thought about it & then went to their web site & ordered the system, it was well priced & free delivery. It all arrived in just over 24 hours. A fantastic service all round & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First class & well done!

Thursday afternoon I emailed Car Sounds & Security to ask if they could deliver to my works address. Shortly afterwards I received a reply confirming that would be OK provided my card passed the usual security checks..

Monday morning, couldn't believe it when arriving at work at 8.30am my DAB receiver had been safely delivered,. It was well packed in a secure box. That's one working day from order placement & for free!

Found this company using a Google search. They offered the best prices and Aaron France was amazingly helpful and fast with all my questions. Even replying to emails at 10pm. Shipping was fast and well packed. Can't praise them enough.

No only was the price the best on the 'net, but I found the customer service excellent. I had an issue with the courier being used, and telephoned to grumble. I received an explanation and an apology, although it seemed nothing could be done at that stage.
I placed the order anyway because it was the best value. I was stunned to later receive a call to be told that, having listened to my grumble, they were going to use a different courier for my delivery and refund part of the charges.
And the item arrived the next working day!
What more could you want?

I asked if the stereo had parrot bluetooth and was told it had although when it came it has Pioneer bluetooth and no mention of Parrot at all. Delivery though was very fast, well packaged and its a nice stereo so overall, very pleased.. good price too. Thank you.

Was looking for a small sub to add to my car and found this Alpine SWE 815 which had great reviews! Was also in stock & at the best price online (even cheaper than eBay!) also had great service on the phone as I had a couple of questions, no trouble for them even if it wasn't the biggest sale ever! Best price i could find online for the Kenwood DNN9230DAB. Car Sounds installed it for me and did tell me on the day i needed it fitted that they was very busy and wasn't sure how long they needed my Audi for but this was fine with me as i was happy they were being honest rather then just tell me something to make me happy to get the job like other companies do. They did a great job with the installation, and the product is brilliant, I highly recommend this honest excellent company

Bought a Pioneer stereo just before christmas and was sent it next day (even tho i didn't pay for this service). I havn't used the product yet as it is a christmas present but looks in good order and hopefully the other half will like it.
