We had a great experience from Central lofts. Slightly apprehensive about the distribution, the builders were so quick, the majority of the build was done in under two weeks. It was easy to communicate, find out what’s happening and make decisions. The builders had great ideas to maximise space, improve the bathroom and make everything very practical once the build started. Started project on time the finish is very good - clearly skilled workmanship. We love our loft and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Central Lofts. Our loft conversion was overseen by Michael and his team who were reliable, efficient, considerate and courteous. They stuck to their schedule and the whole experience was far less disruptive than we thought it would be and we’re really happy with the end results.

After receiving a few quotes from different companies we chose to go ahead with Central Lofts as they offered the best combination of affordability, starting time and overall experience. Central Lofts completed our plans and also submitted our application for a Certificate of Lawfulness to the council which was a great help, we didn’t have to do anything.

The guys that worked on our loft conversion have done a really great job. The builders were always punctual showing up early and always professional. Their team were also very helpful with their recommendation for the staircase which allowed us to have a much larger bathroom (Other companies told us we’d have to do it differently). The staircase made great use of the unused space and flows perfectly.

They always helped us to make the most of the space and gave us the best options to choose from. Now we have an extra two large double bedrooms and bathroom with a little storage area too!

The building works were completed to a high standard and also completed within the 12 weeks timeframe we were given. Building control did ask for a few small items to be addressed before providing us with the completion certificate but their team were quick to come back and sort this for us.

Overall we are really happy with our new loft thanks to Central Lofts. They have exceeded our expectations and made the whole experience be completed with ease.

We are really pleased with our finished loft conversion by Central Lofts. We had two new bedrooms and en-suite bathroom completed in July and the project went smoothly for us. Renatas the contracts manager was easy to deal with and always responded to my messages even when he was away. Also Misha and his team who built my loft were outstanding. We are so thankful for all their hard work.

We employed Central Lofts to complete our loft extension in Southgate. From day one of the build we were impressed with not only their work but communication through an app they use for messaging where I would receive a quick response. It also stored all our paperwork and information which was easily accessible.
The builders that worked on our home worked extremely hard including weekends making the process move even quicker.
We have been left really impressed with the professionalism of Central Lofts and the high standard of craftsmanship.

Great guys and experience. They did the work very very fast and I am super pleased with how it looks. The finance side of things could have been clearer, particularly on when payments were due. Would absolutely use again.

We are very pleased that we finally decided to instruct Central Lofts to carry out our loft conversion near the end of 2021. It took us ages to finally find a company that we felt that we could trust and with whom we felt we could work with - they did not let us down.
First we met with lovely Huw Davies from Central Lofts who patiently explained everything to us and finalised the contract with us.
Then we met with Renatas who did our pre-commencement survey and was the person who skilfully and efficiently managed our entire project from start to finish without a single delay.
After meeting Renatas everything moved very quickly. Eugine and Yuri ran things on site with a small team and in less than two weeks we had our loft converted! They worked extremely fast - including Saturdays!
From there Renatas then introduced us to some exceptional tradesmen - a team of top notch plasterers, a plumber, Darek and partner, a carpenter, Darius and a painter, Ivan, they all did an excellent job of getting our home finished and ready for us to move back in - we managed to be back in our now beautiful home within just four weeks! Truly amazing!
I’m not going to lie of course we had one or two stressful moments - to avoid at least one of ours, our advice would be to make sure that you have included in your quotation the cost to replace the roof tiles on the slanted roof. That was something that we had not considered or had even though about doing however if you don’t replace these tiles Central Lofts can’t guarantee the roof structure - so just get it quoted for and included from the start. Building work is stressful however Central Lofts managed our expectations, keeping us informed each step of the way.

We decided to use Central Lofts for our loft conversion after being recommended by a friend.
We were told to use Pasha's team and work started as per the schedule.
They finished the work in 5 weeks! It was amazing at the pace they worked!
They were all hardworking, friendly and very skilled. My kids still talk about them and they miss their smiling faces.
We are so happy with our loft and the way the work was done.
Our loft was constructed whilst a storm occurred; we did have damage from the storm but the team came back straight away to fix whatever was required.
Special shout out to Renatas who would always be available on Whatsapp and answer any queries we have.

An all-round excellent experience. I'm so happy with both the build and the finish - all of which CL delivered.

We received a couple of quotes from similar companies, Huw was the only one who took the time to provide some initial sketches of the space - which really helped bring the project to life for us.

As anyone, I was a bit nervous prior to the work starting. However as soon as the work began I knew we were in good hands. Absolutely all the tradesmen were skilled, friendly and worked super hard.

A special shout-out to Renatas, the contracts manager, who really did go above and beyond to help. Responding to my many queries and questions any day of the week - always extremely helpful and friendly.

I would not hesitate to recommend CL - so if you're reading this and thinking about whether to go with them or not I would say go for it!

A friend recommended Central Lofts to us as we needed more space. I had a few quotes from different companies but as our friends had such a positive experience with CL we decided to go with them. I also thought they came across the best in the initial meeting and very understanding about our tight budget (and by far the best value). We are really pleased with our new loft bedroom and bathroom. Renatas was very helpful and communicative. He also arranged for the plumber to come back free of charge to install the shower screen when we had made a mistake in ordering the wrong one. The building work was all done to a high standard and feel reassured with the warranty. Thanks to Renatas and all the team. Central lofts were recommended by a friend and they lived up to our expectations. Very friendly and approachable staff. We managed to do alteration without any difficulties and the work is excellent. They started the work while we were away and managed everything without us. I will highly recommend them.

Storm Eunice damaged my loft. A conversation with Renatas. Roofers came Monday and all fixed by Friday as new at no cost! Brilliant aftercare! Thank you central lofts for the peace of mind at a very stressful time!

Central completed a loft conversion for us in Spring 2021. It was a large job as the ceilings needed to be lowered as well.

We had many contractors round to quote but Huw from Central was by far the most professional, so helpful and knowledgeable.

Once the work started, Our PM, Renatas and the building team were fantastic. Always accommodated our needs, were always on time, worked so hard and the quality of workmanship was outstanding.

Work was finished to deadline and within budget.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Central and have done. I'm very much hoping they will come back and help us with another large building project shortly.

The whole project of our loft conversion was conducted professionally and courteously. There were occasionally some delays caused by genuine logistical reasons, but these were more than compensated by the brilliant end result.
The particularly impressive aspect of the work was the high standard of craftsmanship and workmanship in the different phases of the project.
We are now the proud owners of a stunning loft apartment.

As a single mum living with my son, we really needed more space in our home, so we decided to look into extending into our loft. Not knowing any loft companies, I found three alternatives on Google and received quotes from them all. When I heard from Central Lofts, their surveyor Huw arranged to see me. I was really surprised how quickly he sent through the quote; only 48 hours afterwards, in comparison with others that took a month to reply.

When I received the quote from Central Lofts, it was the most expensive out of the three; £1000 more. However, when I looked at my two preferred choices, I actually preferred the one from Huw. I was particularly concerned about choosing the right builder, having seen a few negative reviews about different companies, so I arranged to have a chat with Huw. This definitely gave me peace of mind, and I was happy to go ahead. After paying the first instalment, I was really pleased with the initial loft drawings that arrived after only 10 days.

Two weeks later, I received the structural drawings, so I started to look into the party wall approval. One of the problems I had was due to a difficult neighbour, particularly as I was aware that the party wall was my responsibility. Initially, my neighbour refused to respond either to me or to Huw. Consequently, Huw suggested that I speak to David, Central Lofts’ MD for some more advice. He was so helpful. He gave me contact details for a recommended party wall surveyor who contacted my neighbour, who actually agreed to sign the party wall documents.

Only eight weeks after signing the initial contract, I heard from Renatas, the contracts manager at Central Lofts. He was so thorough in explaining what would happen each week, and I felt really confident that my build was in safe hands. The scaffolding was put up and work started on my loft build, which was very exciting! The builders were very polite and to my surprise, very clean. The team who worked on my build were called ‘the A Team’, and I would definitely recommend them. Their team is headed by Mihael, who is a great builder and very professional.

I was really pleased with Renatas, he was so good and very responsive. He was always happy to answer the phone to me, even when he was on holiday. The whole build was finished in 10 weeks, and my son was so pleased with his new room. And as a mum that was really important to me too.

I’d really like to thank Huw and all of the team at Central Lofts for making our dreams come true. We’d heard so many nasty stories about cowboy builders, so I was so pleased to have been reassured through the whole process of planning and building. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Central Lofts to anyone looking to changing their loft space into an amazing new room.

Renatas sent a team of carpenters around to re-hang a pocket door even though it wasn’t under warranty; they fixed swiftly and no fuss - much appreciated, thank you!

We wanted a space just for us and asked central lofts to help, they were understanding to our needs and work started exactly the day they said it would, everyone from Huw to the boys that did the main build (very quick I may add) to the plumber and electrician did an amazing job and sorted a few things for me as well, I would recommend them as they were not the cheapest but not the dearest but the quality of work was great and up to now we have had no problems

The loft team did an outstanding job and I am very happy.
Very professional company working during the pandemic. David was great with answering all my initial questions which put me at ease. Now I’m left with an additional two bedrooms where my children have their own space.
