I went to the Feltham branch at around 3pm. The store is not busy and lots of tables are available. I used the order service via QR code scan. I have managed to order and pay through the website. I only ordered a samosa and a lemonade. I was busy watching on my phone while waiting for my order. I didn't notice that more than 30 minutes and my order hadn't been given to me. I went to the counter to follow up. I was told they didn't receive my order. Upon checking again, they acknowledged they made an error. But I still waited for another 10 minutes to get them. They should have at least given me a refund for the inconvenience. The only reason they told me is someone made an error. I'm not coming back to any Chaiiwala.

I visited Stockport Rd., Chaiwala experience was amazing such a nice calming atmosphere the lady who served me Rida was very quick and efficient with my order. The food was delicious and the Chai was on point big up Chaiwala Stockport Road!!!!

Love the tea here, best place for a drink, always take my band members here.

Ordered food and over an hour later the app stated the delivery was complete, called the restaurant and they said theres nothing they can do about it and we should call the driver (if we had the drivers number we would of). very rude on the phone and i bet its not the first time they have done this. DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE JUST RIPPING YOU OFF

Visited chaii wala in Brick Lane. Good food and service. I'd like to thank for Husna for providing a courteous and polite service and with a smile too. I'd recommend this place.

I can not complain about the branch in Bethnal Green enough! The sheer cruelty, rudeness, inhumanity and unspeakable foolishness of the workers there is at the very least dangerous. Can you believe a worker called Sofia (there’s two Sofias working there, the one that was the cruel one is the one who’s surname does NOT start with the letter A, as I just been downstairs to ask the surname of that evil Sofia, turns out the girl I’m talking to is also called Sofia😂, the BLAMELESS Sofia’s surname starts with A, the DVIL one I do not know) DENIED calling 999 when I got robbed & attacked…? Chaiiwala in Bethnal Green is 295 Bethnal Green Road, I live 293A Bethnal Green Road, I went there BEGGING for them to call 999 as it was my phone, iPad and speaker that were stolen. Mind you, I been picking up teas and food from there nearly weekly, I like their food. But the employees there? Allah yeshfihu. I’m also going to make the girl that’s leaving soon - Sulleya, also Ashbei, the morning shift guy called Simon with glasses who kicked me out when I was charging my phone. I shall name more names but you as a franchise, Chaiuiwala - sort out the Bethnal Green motherf**era before they bring anymore shame upon your name. The ONLY ZGUY who treated me kindly, with love and smile even shared cigarettes with me outside!! Was called ALI ♥️ love hun! Good luck!

Visited the chaiiwala in portswood southampton with my family
We all loved the decor atmosphere
And of course the food
The owner Hadi personally greeted us
The service was warm and friendly
My daughter loved it so much she us going to find out about getting a part time job there!!
I am going to recommend this to all my friends and family for sure
And we will definitely visit it again

Went breakfast to chaiwala green street. very nice halva puri with kadak chai. good place

Fabulous service from both Mohammed and Ismail at Chaiiwala Knightsbridge. This place is great for a modest amount of spice and halal food. Pink Kashmiri chai is also great! But the service from Mohammed and Ismail made it worth the wait!!

@Chaiiwala in Oldham, Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Food came quick and very tasty.

This is an amazing restaurant to go with kids and family. The staff are so friendly and the food quality is very good. My wife and I enjoyed being there and a special thank to Layan for the wonderful hospitality during our visit. We recommend this restaurant and you should try their Karak Tea.

Great service great food can't fault it!
Usually get a karachi bun kebab fully loaded with karak chai
Kids love the nutella wrap and chicken sausage

I am appalled at the level of service this reputable company has shown for loyal customer
I had recently bought breakfast from this place an the cheese was like glue the egg was rotten an made me physically sick , I reached out over a month ago an have yet to be contacted even though they keep saying they will call , god awful ethics an definitely keeping away

Chai wala Leicester fosse park shopping centre is a complete rip off they charging £2.25 for a tea and the one in Leicester city centre Granby street is charging £1.85p The chai wala is a franchise and they charge different prices and the ones located in the shopping centres are charging more to
Customers. How come they charge more in fosse park? The cups for a small tea are so small and compared to Costa coffee who also do small Costa cups are more bigger.
Won’t be going there again. Costa is far better customer service and has more quality. The portions they do are small and not value for money they rap them up in news paper? The whole chai wala franchise charge different rates as I guess the ones in London will charge even more the one in Tooting in London is charging £2.25. The Fosse Park chai wala is charging London rate which is not acceptable at all. So many discrepancies in their prices. Will avoid going. Costa coffee all the way 😊

Lovvvveee the tea here! Birmingham and Dudley places are great

Abusive & Hostile Environment

I am raising a complaint to you concerning your abusive member of staff on 19.02.22 at approx 1.30pm based at your branch in Coventry Rd, Small Heath , Birmingham .

I have also submitted my concern to you via your website contact page . I wish to ensure you respond to this complaint therefore I am ensuring the details of the incident is recorded electronically for your response.

The female member of staff concerned was young with pony tail and baseball cap.

I have never had issues with Chaiiwalla staff before today. I have visited this branch before and no problem till today.

I visited with my adult son and it was very busy. I asked for the staff member concerned to clean our table. However it appeared she was not observing hygiene guidance especially in view of Covid suggests training to be provided on how to clean a table. As she wiped the table in one direction to remove dirt , she wiped again in the opposite direction using the same wipe putting the dirt back on the table. She appeared to be mindless of her actions.

Therefore I made her aware politely however she did not apologise as she was deflecting hence I had to address her actions directly is when she became rude and insulting. Therefore I stood up and responded to her as she went off calling for the manager. She is as young as my own daughter however she clearly had no respect for those older than her or for family therefore I made it clear to her that “she might talk to her Mother like that but she doesn’t talk to me like that“ however she remained rude to provoke therefore I dealt with her and at this point , she said F…. Off in public . By the time he came out I was on a call to the police and they advised talk to the manager.

Therefore I called the manager back out, he appeared very young to be a manager . I advised him if he doesn’t take care of it I will further call the police, he offered no apology as he remained unresponsive. He did not appear alert to take the concern seriously as clearly a public offence occurred .

Eventually he sent her away from serving customers due to she further argued that she called our food order , 3 times , .

When I know our food order No wasn’t called as I was sat right next to the counter .
I questioned her actions further as to how can she call for a food order no , 3 times when the food order just arrived at the point I raised the query of the delay?

Your rude member of staff replied , she took it back in” however it was clear the food order just arrived. After they gave me the wrong order.

The service was appalling in a hostile environment that will make me think twice to revisit this branch in the future. Normally abusive staff to customers are sacked . It appears to me your staff are not held accountable hence why think they can behave abusively.

I will make my review of concern to Trip Advisor including to Trust Pilot.
