Customer service is nonexistent!!!

I ordered a tree and had a confirmation email! Money also left the bank! Had no dispatch email so went onto my online account to find in my orders that it states NO orders have been placed! Been on hold multiple times for around 20 minutes each time, when I get to number 1 in the queue the line goes dead! I have emailed multiple times and no response! So now no tree! No money back! And No communication!

With limited room i was looking for a tree with removable branches and came across this site managed to find what I was looking for and very fast delivery ordered Sunday evening and received Tuesday morning

My tree was ordered on the 21st November is floating around with Fedex somewhere with a new delivery date that keeps changing. When I asked where the tree was, I got a snarky email telling me they were busy. It's now the 2nd November and there is no sign of the tree.

I cannot get through to the aftercare via phone or via their live chat no matter what I try. I just get disconnected the closer I get to the call being answered. Absolute waste of time and energy trying to sort things out and I regret even bothering with a company that clearly gets overwhelmed at this time of year and cannot cope with enquiries around issues.

Bad customer experience
We bought a 4ft tree and skirt for the base, but the base is twice the size of the tree it looks absolutely stupid, the web site stated the base was for that tree but it’s not , there is no small base, we asked to return but we have to pay for a miss represented product false advertising, just for the company to check the tree base it is 400mm corner to corner
And the base is 550mm corner to corner, looks like a baby tree in a giant pot ,

Ordered on 20th, Tree still hasn't arrived. Estimated delivery between 7:50 to 12:50. Asked where my delivery is to be told it's busy. Lesson learned! Will go out and get it myself in future.

Put my Christmas tree up and the lights are faulty just flashing at me all connected properly so been sold a faulty tree

Bought a tree last year… very poor quality.. messaged the social media page at the time and got no response. I have just pulled the tree out of the box again to make do with this year after paying so much for it and branches are coming apart and falling off. Very poor customer service and quality overall - save your money .. seen better in supermarkets.

Tree is of good quality , a transformer was missing but a quick message rectified it , good customer service so I’m happy

Putting up our 8ft tree now!! It’s absolutely beautiful you need to fluff the branches and be patient for the end result which is just perfect!!! Couldn’t recommend enough

Ordered my tree in September,it came within days,I've put it up today and I have to say I'm over the moon it's a 6ft with multi coloured lights

I’m not usually one to write reviews and I was skeptical to buy a Christmas tree online without seeing it in person but after reading the good reviews I decided to chance it.

We purchased the 7FT ARBOR VITAE FIR TREE

I have always wanted a ‘garden centre’ style Christmas tree which looked expensive but I could never justify the hefty price tags. I wasn’t expecting much from this tree but it looks absolutely fantastic.

For the price, you seriously can’t go wrong!!

So impressed and would genuinely highly recommend.

The tree is absolutely huge and so full. It didn’t quite fit in our lounge as we have an awkward size room but another added bonus was that because the branches all add on individually, we managed to give the tree a flat back and it still looks fantastic!

The tree is beautiful but more importantly to me was the customer service after I inadvertently defaulted a defunct email address, I got thru quickly & it felt like the old days, where it took as long as it took to help me get emails & delivery notifications. Impeccable tree, impeccable 1-1 customer care

Awful customer service There advert still says delivery 2-4 days but when the product did not arrive I emailed them to which the reply it's a busy time of year so just keep an eye out for an up date

Avoid this company

Always had fake trees but had to get rid of our old one last year as the snow was toxic for our kitten. Saw an advert for Christmas tree world on Facebook, checked all the reviews and decided to buy a white pre lit one. If I’m honest, I rarely trust any online sellers, so wasn’t 100% sure what I was going to get.

Ordered on the Sunday and received on the Tuesday. Updates all the way along.

The website was offering a 5% voucher for first order, however I never actually received a code in my email.
I emailed the company and the very next day they emailed back, apologising and offered to send me a storage bag as a gesture of good will. That too arrived 2 days later.

Decided to get it all out today and set it up to get the cat used to it. Followed the great fluffing guide online and it looks lovely.

I cannot fault this company, from the minute I ordered to getting it out of the box.

There are so many lovely little touches.
Beautiful little drawstring bag with the transformer in, detailed instructions with links to the fluffing guide on you tube.

Yes the bottom is abit sparse from floor to the tree, but nothing a Christmas tree skirt can’t sort.

If you’re thinking about buying a tree from here then don’t hesitate, do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Good looking tree ....but disappointed the bottom of the tree has a huge gap from the branches to the stand ....it really needs a couple more rows of branches .......as its sitting on a cabinet ....just doesn't look right .....also the actual branches are not hinged ...they are bound [ which is a very old way of securing the branches] ...i doubt this will last as they will be easily worked loose adjusting and fluffing the branches ....it could have been a lovely tree if the bottom to the base had more branches and if it was hinged ...have now ordered a better tree with branches to the base and it was cheaper !!

They sent me the WRONG item and then completely ghosted me — no replies to multiple emails, no one ever answers the phone. I’ve wasted time and patience trying to get a simple response. They clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve got your payment. Appalling service, zero integrity, and no respect for basic customer rights. Do not order from them — you’ll regret it.

I ordered 2 Christmas Trees and a wreath costing just under £200 as an order. The smell of them was absolutely awful - it was so pungent. I tried to put one of the trees on the balcony, overnight and whilst I was at work to see if the smell would go, it was still so strong. It smelled of urine, similar to the other tree and the wreath. So I started the process of a return and they’re charging ME £15 to come and collect their items.

I cannot fault the brilliant product and customer service I received from Christmas tree world. I was a bit nervous ordering a Christmas tree back in December and paying for it knowing it wouldn't be back in stock til July. But honestly there customer service was 5 star and they always replied within a couple of days to my email. First I emailed in July enquiring about my order and they responded and reassured me that they had my order and they were expecting a shipment on the 28th July. Then I got an email saying it had been shipped on the 1st so I waited til the end of Aug but I hadn't heard anything and the tracking information hadn't changed so I emailed the company. They looked into this straight away and they said it should have been delivered so they put it down as 'lost by courier' and they ordered another Christmas tree and it got delivered the next day. Fantastic product and brilliant customer service and we can't wait to put our tree up for Christmas. Thank you very much, very trustworthy company, definitely recommend.

I know it’s July!!
We pre ordered our tree in January and I must admit I was worried because I initially thought that I had been scammed. Fear not, when I phoned and spoke to a real person in the UK and I was told that the tree would be a couple of days later than planned.
We received a magnificent 7foot prelit tree.
I’m really looking forward to putting it on display this year.

I bought the 3ft woodland pine tree as I have a very small flat
It is wonderful and great value, quick delivery, great communication.
Definitely recommend
