Brought a 6ft snowy alpine tree, pictures don't even do it justice. Looks even better in person. Easy to erect, solid stand and strong branches. Very generous coating of snow and to be honest little fluffing was required. Great and fast service and shipping. Would definitely recommend both company and product

My Christmas tree is beautiful from this store I absolutely love it could not recommend enough. The best tree I’ve ever had and so easy to set up and plug in as it was a 10ft pre-lit tree. Recently moved home and the tree has made my home so cosy at Christmas highly recommend this website. Thank you 🎄

This is the first time I have purchased from Christmas tree world and WOW!! They did not disappoint. I got the 7ft pre lit Majestic Dew Pine tree and the quality is outstanding, it’s full, thick and looks realistic. We got the natural brown wooden trapezoid base and it overall looks insane! Very please with the quality, price and customer services.

We bought the The 7ft Arbor Vitae Fir Tree. Now when I say I’m fussy I truly am but wow I was blown away with this tree for the price (£99).
It’s full, easy to assemble and looks amazing. Our last tree we had for 9 years really hoping this one last as long. Delivery was super quick arriving just 2 days later. Overall made up with it.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Went above and beyond to help me. I had been looking for a certain type of Christmas tree that is extremely difficult to find nowadays. I had been trawling through the internet to no avail then came across Christmas Tree World. They actually had a telephone number that I could ring & speak to a real person, a rarity these days! The super helpful lady that I spoke to knew exactly what I was looking for & found me a beautiful tree which was not only absolutely perfect but also on a sale so cheaper than I was expecting to pay. In my excitement I ordered the wrong size bag so as it was out of hours, I emailed the company & to my surprise an equally lovely helpful lady replied immediately, corrected my order & waived the extra money for the bigger sized bag! Having this tree has made my daughter’s Christmas & that is no exaggeration. The joy & disbelief when we opened the box & she realised it was her original beloved tree that she could build with her dad again was absolutely priceless, it brought the joy of Christmas back to her.

Tree was fairly realistic looking, but some of the branche's tips were too flimsy to hang ornaments from. One of the lower branches was completely broken and hung down onto the floor. I had family arriving for a festive break and wanted a xmas tree, so I propped the broken branch up on a willow, tree-skirt and decorated it. I contacted CTW and sent photos. I asked if I could return said tree after Christmas (as I didn't want to be without a tree over the festive season) and exchange for an identical tree. They said no, it would have to be returned now! Not at all helpful. I consider the product and the customer service to be very poor. Would not recommend this company.

Firstly I tried writing a review on the Christmastree world site and found it was impossible unless I sent a picture fully dressed.
I bought the 5th ready lit pine tree. The picture depicted this wonderful bushy tree for £149, so I thought if they provide trees for the National Trust they must be good, but have to say mine did not look the same in fact rather scrawny being able to see the pole going through the tree. We have since decorated it and it does look better now but worth £149 no I dont think so

I ordered a wreath from the range which looked good quality. However, I did not realise that it would be delivered from one of their third party suppliers. The wreath arrived today and in my opinion the quality did not reflect the description. I have spent a time consuming morning trying to navigate a return and been told it will cost me £15 for a prepaid label. Had I realised the exorbitant cost of return and more importantly that the range would be of no help, I would not have ordered this product. Anyone wishing to purchase from this company should understand the returns policy first.

Purchased The Arbor Ultima tree as it appeared to be the best and paid £275 when building the tree there was a fault with the base as the locking screw would not locate properly. ( a new base is being dispatched) A number of the needle tip had no dark colour and are clear plastic which clearly stand out against the other coloured needle tips. Raised the issue with Emma at customer services and have been informed that this was standard and should be expected and not a fault and is a feature of the tree although this is not noted in the description of the tree on the web site.,had I been made aware of this I would have purchased from elsewhere

Have gone to use our tree for the second time and it no longer works, have tried everything . The first adapter supplied didn't work so I bought another one and now it won't work at all. Disappointed a lot of money for one years use .

I bought a 3ft Cairngorm pine for my doorstep. When it arrived I thought it looked ok but after unboxing it and following the video on fluffing it up, it now looks amazing. The different types of pine needles and two tone colours really give it a 3D effect, and the way the pine needles have been made, there has also been absolutely no shedding which is excellent. The base is reasonably weighted and quite stable although I suspect for the winter winds we have, I doubt it will be heavy enough.
I have been unable to persuade myself to put it outside so far as it is so pretty. Really pleased with my purchase.

Just put our Christmas tree up over the weekend and as a family are over the moon with our Albor Vitae 7 foot tree, it really ticks all the boxes, looks like a real tree, very bushy with lots of branches and very easy to assemble, I ordered over the telephone and found the person I was speaking with to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and this tree is well worth the money and I believe it would be double the price in a garden centre, really happy and would highly recommend.

Delivery was made by FedEx. Left the tree out in the pouring rain all day so it was soaked by the time we got home.

Unpacked it and spent ages putting all the individual branches on, poor design. Especially along the bottom row as the tree skirt pushes the branches up and out of their holders.

We bought the tree direct from the company and then decided to purchase the box through their website on Amazon so we didn’t have to pay postage. I would recommend the company, prompt delivery. We opted for the prelit Italian Pencillimo tree as was going in our kitchen and it was full of branches with plenty of warm white lights. Wish I went for the bundle with bag as won’t be so easy to get back in box. Really pleased!

Received my Xmas tree but had a problem with a faulty stand which was promptly resolved by the excellent aftercare team. Tree exceeded our expectations and I would recommend Christmas Tree World.

I ordered a tree just under a month ago. When I ordered I queried as to whether the tree might be cheaper in black Friday deal and was told it was as cheap as it gets. Also that the tree I wanted was selling fast. Since oredering I have been inundated with emails, the last one announcing a sale where my tree was £50.00 cheaper. Some firms will make up the difference but when I rang Christmas tree world asking whether ,rather than sending my tree back and reordering at the new price, would they be willing to refund me the 50.00 less the money I would pay them to collect it, all I got from the person that I spoke too was how she had bought a pair of jeans a few weeks ago that were now £20.00 cheaper. Jeans are easy to send back I don't get the relevance?
Some of you may think that this is an unreasonable moan but it is a lotof money.
On the positive side, my friend has the same tree and it is gorgeous, that is why I ordered it. So well done for the quality of your tree.
