Poor customer service
First order delivered very quickly, 2nd ordered still not here after 6 days, try to get in touch only by email no phone number, automatic reply which says an agent will reply or be in touch within 5 working days. I won’t be using this firm again.if I could give no stars I would this company is a joke , now 15 working days after order now told it will be here 5-7 working days. Upshot is promised delivery 10 or 12th of November no delivery, so opened a dispute with PayPal, refund in 3 days. Buyer Beware.

Absolute disgusting service ..all round nonsense...ordered sept 29th 2025 chums put wrong post code on the order so it then went back to the warehouse was told would resend several calls emails from me to ask where are the 2 cardigans ..quoted it was trousers and gave me another post code could not make it up ....i would never have ordered if I had read the reviews first ..spending lots of money on false advertising abd yet don't deliver on time even when they have correct details absolute disgrace no customer service skills .needs to be shut down ...now waiting from today conversation to see if the CARDIGANS arrive in 5 days I'm told paid again .refunded from last order

Absolutely appalling customer service, my dad brought some shoes and were coming apart after such little use. Emailed customer service 3 times and also a phonecall and have heard absolutely nothing.

Disappointed with chums customer service.They sent a parcel to wrong address I told them where it was delivered, since then they told me they sent a cheque told me it would arrive in 10 days it didn’t , I sent more emails their response we will send it sorry for inconvenience wait 10days I waited 11 more days still no money.

Appalling customer service
Poor quality goods and customer service.
Have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past and always felt the quality of service and goods was good. Having been saturated with catalogues this year I bought some trousers and a cardigan. Cardigan fine but trousers poor quality & wrong size. Returned trousers but no response or refund. Will not shop at chums again. Suggest more trained staff, less marketing and easier means of contact (13p a minute phone calls).

My product arrived on the same day as the new Autumn catalogue which I usually browse through and order goods It is safe to say it went straight into my recycle bin Sorry chums but something appears to have gone terribly wrong with the company and service provided
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, absolute joke of a company, sorry I can’t give a 0 score. Order placed for delivery - which was delivered to a completely different address for some reason, to wait 5 days for someone to bother to reply is a joke. I’m now 2 weeks in since the order was placed, no goods received and still no refund, they are now saying the delivery was made to the correct address which is over 30 miles away from where it should have been delivered to. Had to make a dispute claim via my bank now. Shambolic customer service.
I was due 2 refunds of £20 each
I was due 2 refunds of £20 each. Was accused of not returning items until I emailed them the return tracking details from Evry. Even then only ever received one refund of £20 and because of their incompetence I have given up and told them if they ever find where they sent the aledged second refund to they can give it to a charity of their choice but I will never purchase anything from Chums ever again. Shockingly poor and incompent customer service team.

Awful experience. Arrived at nearly midnight and incomplete.Before ordering I checked items were in stock.Now have message saying 3 items NOT in stock.Will never deal with this company again.
Slow to dispatch
Slow to dispatch. Conflicting information on website, ie delivery 3-5 days, then once ordered email stated dispatch 3-5 days. Arrived 8 days after order.
Since I ordered from Chums have been swamped with spam emails.

Way back in April I posted the order form for 2 nightdresses and 2 bras with a cheque for 45.00.
The cheque was cashed by Chums on the 6th May 2025 but no order had arrived.
We are now middle of October 2025 and still nothing despite writing asking either for goods or refund of 45.00.
They completely ignore letters.
A friend of mine said she wished id never ordered as she had experienced returning a pair of trousers and trying to get a refund. It cost her over 8.00 in phone calls before finally getting her money back.
Having now read all the reviews I'm seeing how disgusting this company is.
Please do not have anything to do with them and throw that nasty little catalogue that's tucked into TV magazines straigh into the bin where it belongs
Delivery is awful!
My second order with this company. My first was OK, it arrived fairly quickly, so I thought I would send in another order as I am updating my wardrobe. I usually use other online companies, but Chums sell the trousers my husband wears.
What a mistake! One part of my order has arrived, but where is the second??? Their delivery is so slow! On the same day as I ordered from them, I sent in an order to two other companies and the parcels arrived within two days. I just looked on their website and it says that delivery can take up to 28 days! Hopefully my husband's trousers will arrive at some point, but this will be my last order.

After two weeks, I still haven’t received my order. I never even got an order confirmation email — it feels like nothing was processed at all. I’m honestly questioning what kind of business this is. At this point, I’m just dreading the refund process, because if this is how they handle orders, I’m not confident I’ll ever see my money back. Extremely disappointed.
